I just installed the NG Hand Wings and love them...looking fat these lowers now. Question, are you still able to use highway pegs with these?
Really nicely made and cheap cost. I was tired of getting scratches on helmet from the trunk.
I have used these filters before on Goldwing and find them easy to install than OEM.
There are many style luggage racks. I chose this one because it has smooth continuous line of chrome and is functional for attaching the cords to any part or direction. It has a quality look and is attractive looking. Suggest putting washers with rubber cushions under the legs.
Purchased the LED lights and the adaptors. Instructions for the adaptors show a Y connector that says is in the product box. But no, Kuryakyn did not include them. It would be beneficial if they actually installed what they sell so that they would not be inconveniencing us. It would be nice if they used a picture of the actual product instead of the one they use. I didn't know they were using reflectors and the plastic ridge actually hides the LEDs.
Needed additional storage space on my bike and this item fit the bill. I considered the machined aluminum racks, but they were both much more costly and too bulky for me. Wingstuff were out of stock on the decorative washers, so I went to my local Ace Hardware and purchased some SS washers and rubber washers 1 1/4 OD x 1/4" hole. Bought enough for both the inside and out. Spend some time polishing the washers to a great shine. Installed the rack in about a hour. Remember: measure twice and drill once. Used a 5/16" drill to make the installation easier. Very happy with the results. Remember to give this rack a good coat of quality wax, to help fight the rust that others have talked about.
I bought this item and used it on my side cover. After a dozen or uses noticed that the boss that the grommet went into was breaking up. I should have bought Honda, I'm sure I would not have had this problem. Taking the less expensive route will cost me a new side cover!
Got the extra large & wide WS, clear, and I'm glad I did. It took the majority of wind off my wife and myself. That makes a HUGE difference on a cold or rainy day! Plus I can't tell you how many times it save our butts! I have had numerous small rocks and large insects slam into this while driving, and if it wasn't there, I'd definitely be getting pelted in the face with something. And when cruising at 60-70mph++, that's no joke! It may set you back a few bucks, but in my honest opinion, it's money well spent! I HIGHLY recommend!!!
I bought this to keep in the bike so when I'm at work or traveling (it stores small) I can cover the bike quickly to keep the harmful sun, dirt & more importantly--wandering eyes & curious hands off my baby while she's parked! It does help keep it semi-dry, if it's a light rain, but if it rains heavy, it's useless. I even tried spraying it with silicone, but it didn't help much. Bottom line--Its great for a quick cover but to really keep it dry, you need a waterproof cover. I give it 4 stars!
I had ordered this thru the dealer and paid ALOT more. Unfortunately WS didn't offer it at that time. I've used it several times already, especially helpful with wiring schematics and maintenance issues.. I highly recommend.
I replaced the stock speakers with these, and they do make a difference. Great sound while your cruising down the road, even at high speeds! Would recommend!
I installed these as soon as they were released, great product,,,,they make a really nice addition and completes the rear! BUT after having them about 7-8 months, the left side burned out. No problem, I called Rodney at Wingstuff, and was shipped a new one! The only problem was having to go thru a reinstall, but you cannot beat the customer service at Wingstuff! I HIGHLY recommend this light! It looks AMAZING!
