| Just wanted to say thanks to wingstuff for returning and shipping out new sets. Finally got a good one. |
| This is a snap to install and really looks good on the bike. I followed the instructions and installed at the recommended location. It is plenty strong enough for its purpose. |

Without a doubt, this is the most detailed, comprehensive set of maintenance videos for the GL1800 Gold Wing out there. Everything you need to know and more about maintaining a GL1800 is in this package. Fred Harmon and his camera show you in painstaking detail every step of every job. Fred takes his time in explaining as he goes along. No ads, no fluff. I often take my laptop out to the garage with me when I'm doing work. This is work I'd never even attempt otherwise. I'm not a mechanic and I don't do well with just the manuals - I'm more visual and like to watch the work being done. These DVDs are like having an expert buddy in the garage right next to you. There are still some things I will not attempt because it's too involved and/or I don't have the proper tools but I find it valuable to see what I'm asking a mechanic to do - I'm a little happier to pay for the job and I have an idea what to check when it's done - just going over to make sure things were done right. Currently Fred is doing work for customers out of his own garage and, for those lucky enough to live near him, that's great! For the rest of us, this is a great alternative. Don't waste your time with other videos - this is the set to have. You won't regret this purchase. |
| Reflects the sun into your eyes. Just purchased a 2005 Goldwing with lots of chrome installed including this radio accent panel. Took my first long ride this weekend and was startled when the sun was reflected directly back into my eyes by the panel. Unnerving to say the least. When I got home, I immediately removed all chrome pieces in the rider/drivers view. |
| Looks exactly like the original except for the extra 2" taller. Makes a difference. The vent is nice to have on those hot and sticky days. |

This is a follow up review of the Westco Platinum Battery. My original stock battery lasted 5 plus years. I decided to try this battery as a timely replacement. I have had it in service for 2 years now and it just barely holds enough charge to start my wing after sitting for even 2 days. I use the same battery tender on this battery that I used on the original battery when the bike will not be ridden for a week or so. I have also been noticing a fault during start-up with my cb since this battery has shown itself to be "weak". Maybe I just got a lemon of a battery but Wingstuff was good in assisting me in acquiring a replacement battery. No more faults while booting up the electronics with the new battery. Great customer service from Wingstuff. Thanks Guys. |

I've had one for 30000 miles and love it. Looking over the top without scraficing wind protection is the best. I HIGHLY recommend getting the rake kit. It's a dramatic improvement over stock....which isn't bad. The Rake kit is worth all the money, especially if your a high miler like me. (25K a year minimum) Since I'm on the freeway close to 100 miles every day, I'm going to try the ST with the rake kit to see if it can perform any better than the HP at constant high speeds. I'll let you know how it goes at a later date. |

Received mine today. 100% cotton, thin, kind of cheap feeling fabric. The logo on the back is thick and rubbery feeling. I'm afraid after a few wash & drys, the logo is going to crack and distort. Time will tell and I'll do a follow up. Most of my T shirts are a Hanes Beefy Tee or a thick Guildan, so I'm used to thicker fabrics. We will see how this thing wears. Overall I like it, and look for to showing it off! |

I sent back my large shirt for an XL. The XL arrived today and it's a pretty snug fit for an XL. I now agree with "Howdys" review that these shirts are truly 2 sizes off. This is a good looking, slim fitting, short waisted shirt. (No tucking in pants) I will keep my XL, but if it shrinks one bit, I'm going to be in trouble. I weigh 180 lbs and I am fairly slim. With this shirt, go BIG or go home!! |
| Thanks, every thing I needed except the oil. As stated below can't go wrong with OEM. Just what I needed to rebuild my 2001 forks. |
| I recently picked up 3 of these and they well made very sturdy and the flags are just awesome the only problem is if one of the O rings gets messed up it's hard to find them but other than that I would give this mount and post plus the flags a perfect 5 stars and I would buy them again |
| They DO NOT fit without a lot of grinding, drilling and trunk modifications. Especially if you have a spoiler on your trunk. I had to grind them down to mold and conform to my trunk. And I still do not know if the holes are sealed. They are flat on the base and the trunk on the GW's is curved. |
