Took 3 minutes to install. Works great! No problems.
Had installed the competitor brand, still getting pain in my neck. I have a short sleeve length. Installed myself with no problem. As with all of these, you need to take care to loosen the cable clamps and reposition them so the wheel will turn lock to lock before putting the bike back together. Took about 45 minutes. Now I am comfortable!
Got one of these 3yrs ago. Saved my bacon 3 times when I picked up nails in the rear tire. I don't leave home without it.
It fit my 2008 wing with no problem.
Would not be without this! I take long rides & this keeps me from having to stop, purchase a drink, chug it & be thirsty 20 miles down the road. This is one of the best drink holders to have
My wife loves these footrests. They give her a different position to put her legs for tose long trips. They will hit the back of your legs when backing but all you have to do is fold them up.They are better for long distance riding than in town so you don't have to mess with them all the time.Once you get used to them being there not really an issue.Quality product made out of thick metal.Price is a little high but hey it's for the wife.
Purchased a set 3 years ago. This is one of the best purchases I have made. These keep the rain & cold off my feet and also keep rocks and highway matter from hitting the rear trike fenders. This is a must have for trikers.
Great product! It protects the bottom of the trike, & I know because I have already seen the marks from rocks and other debris. It was simple to install and well worth the money. This is a must have for your ride!

Had another GL1800 rider strongly recommend one of these to me. He said twice he had managed to bottom out on something that tore up exposed parts. He felt if he'd done the pan up front he'd never had it happen. I took his advice. I've never had an issue. It's a keeper. |
I have two bikes (a Goldwing and a Harley.) Being a fair weather rider I always had problems with the batteries during winter storage. The battery tenders were on sale so I bought 3 of them, one for each bike and one for my pontoon boat. Since installing, I have had no more battery problems on any of them.

Looks great, but was one of the first items I installed. on one side I did a better job than the other. It isn't flush on the one side as much as the other. Only I can really tell. Take your time. I'd buy this again. |
My 2005 GL 1800 came with the Dunlop Elite 3's. They rode okay but the "Goldwing wobble" was terrible and the tires cupped badly. At 11k miles they had to be replaced. I went back with the Elite 3's and they were worse than the first (9k miles.) I saw the Bridgestone combo at a much better price than I had been paying and decided to try them (nothing to lose.) The tires rode so much better. I especially like the cornering. They also greatly reduced the wobble. I am now on my second set and will continue to use them as long as they continue to perform this way.
