I am absolutely amazed at just how easy this stand is to use. I used the standard method to start with and used more force than needed. The bike slid backwards about two inches it went up so fast. Using reverse while still mounted is by far the best way to use the stand. I actually think that left in reverse, it is more stable than the stock stand. My wife loves that she doesn't even have to dismount at the filling station and the ride off function is a dream. I can even have a kip on the rear seat now while she's shopping. Installation was a breeze and the trick with the washers in the spring was most welcome. Once I've mastered a technique for raising the rear wheel for cleaning and service, I'll be even happier. I can't imagine anyone regretting buying this product.

i installed these on my 2014 Wing and could not be more pleased. The ride is smooth and best of all the cupping is almost zero at 8000 miles on the OEM Bridgestone Tires. Easy to install and it's great to loose the wheel weights. I just wish I could get these for my 2003 Valkyrie. |
The aftermarket vendors did not leave a spot overlooked when coming up with chrome accents and accessories. Suits me just fine, I love chrome. This little gem sticks right on top of the door opening latch and gives it plenty of presence. Unfortunately when I press down on the latch now, it won't automatically pop back up. I have to give it a slight nudge from underneath to push it back in the up position. No big deal for me however, the nice look outweighs the little inconvenience. 3 Stars on this one for a very reasonable price.
Nicely designed chrome extender and looks great. However, beware of speed bumps, it can scrape. I replaced the previous extender after cracking it near the right bolt. Got to be more careful, thus 4 Stars.
This is one of the best investments for my 02Goldwing, this product was not only easy to install but took away any and all shaking of the front end of the bike, yes you can hear them when moving slow, almost sounds like the break pads against the rotors when new, but turn up the radio and get up to speed and it is as smooth as the ride should be, just remember to tell the bike shops when you have new tires put on, so they don't waist time putting on weights, I still have some cupping of the tires, but not as much as before I installed them.

Ive grown up around Goldwings & recently purchased my first one. I never really liked the highway pegs that just hang out there in the open. As soon as I saw the pegs by RIVCO, I had to have them. They bolt on in 5 minutes, & no special tools/skills to install. If you are considering, please do not let the following discourage you from purchase. One small issue, the pegs are not mounted evenly. They're not that far off, but you can feel a slight difference between the two sides. The right side is mounted farther forward then the left. Yes, I did make sure they were both using the same corresponding holes. When you set the mounting brackets next to each other, you can see the holes on the right bracket is nearly one hole off from the left bracket. Small issue or not, awesome idea, design, easy to use on the go, can't wait to powder coat/paint to match the bike. |
These wings do every thing that they say they will do. Especially keeping that cold air from running up your pant leg. I have been running this set of wings for 5 years. Somewhere back a couple or three years ago the left side broke and was gone. The whole PLASTIC piece was gone. And I don't even know how it broke. I am trying to decide weather to buy the new Baker unbreakable set of leg wings or just have new ones made up using aluminum with a good baked on paint finish.
I have used these floor boards for 5 years and a few thousand miles and they have been great. I can be riding down the street and if I need to stretch/stand without having to stop the bike, I can stand up on the bike with these floorboards and be safe without thinking that my feet are going to slip off. It took me a few runs to get use to back shifting but it was worth the learning.
I got this back in 2010 and every time I straddle my machine this cup goes with me. Even if it is a short trip around town. I have to have my coffee. Most of the time I use it for hot coffee but sometimes I have used it for a cold Frappuccino. And it does a great job of keeping things hot or cold. I have used this cup for a few thousand miles and it is still like new. Just remember, when your putting the cap on the cup either put your finger over the end of the straw or put that little cap on the end of the straw or the coffee will press up thru the straw and splash all over you if you don't cover the end of the straw
This bag fit perfect on the back rack on the trunk. My daughter and I have taken a few of the 2 to 3 day trips and this bag is a life saver. Along with the other storage bags for inside the trunks it kept every thing organized. Have not had to use it in bad weather but for the last 5 years it is still like new
Looks as good as the picture, the only problem I had was replacing the left and right side fairing molding. My recommendation is making the tabs that fit into the fairing molding a little bit smaller so when replacing the molding you don't break the clips on the molding strip or you will be ordering the chrome fairing molding like I am getting ready to do. The nose mask really makes the bike look good certainly not difficult to put on.
Bought it back on 06/12/2014. Works good, follow directions and installs easy. Better yet now I have a way to charge my phone or other devices. I bought a USB charger to plug into this. Great product and factory quality.
