Please do not get me wrong, the cup itself is great, it keeps hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold. My problem is with the whole placement on the handlebar....it simply made everything look stupid! Riding down the highway all I could see was this big black cup, no matter where I placed it, it seems to get in the way! Standing back and looking at the bike with this cup installed, it made me realize what everyone was staring at, "This cup makes my 2015 GL1800 Goldwing looks stupid!" I took it off and now keep the cup in the trunk until I can find a better way to make accessible to me while driving.
This item works well for me by keeping all my little gadgets organized and out of the way. In the past I would need to use my magnetic rod to find stuff that fell to the bottom of the trunk... not anymore! Easy installation and nice to have if you do not store your helmet in the trunk, I don't! So, it works for me!
I order a set for my trike and they did exactly what they was designed for I would recommend to everbody
It is amazing how much dirt my bike can accumulate just by sitting in the garage. I am the type of person that likes my bike to look clean even when I am not on it and this cover helps. After a good washing and waxing, I use this cover to keep it that way until I am ready to ride again. Just pull the cover, bag it, and off I go on a clean good looking GL1800 Goldwing!
I purchased these for my bike a year ago, Was surprised they burnt out already. good idea, just needs some better quality bulbs.
The title says it all and they look great on my 2015 GL1800 Goldwing, enough said!
Had these on our '08 Airbag that we took to Yellowstone 2 years in a row. It helped having different positions to sit in during those days across the Plains. Now we have a '14, and we are outfitting it with these again. Just ordered them last night, and am leaving for a ride to Seattle in 5 days. Kept thinking that I could get by without them, and should have just ordered them 'cause I know that it will be much more comfortable with them. Just wish that Kuryakyn made them in Black along with the Chrome.
If you're not into the "chrome", this is a great product. Easy install.
Must have if you are going to do any type of changes on your bike. Probably wouldn't need for regular maintenance.
We just got the helmets for a 5 week trip out West. This is by far the most comfortable helmet we have had so far. I don't know how they did it, but the vents move the air around---never felt it with the 2 previous helmets we had (one was an a modular and the other was a full). Both of us ended up going up one size larger than the we previously wore. Ended up buying the Bluetooth SRC system by Schuberth that is made for this helmet by Cardo. Read the other sites reviews on it, and decided to get it, as we both hated being "tethered" to the bike.

Had these put on so that others can see you better. Bad part is that it is a little tight on the side of the mirrors now, and is more difficult to move the mirrors "out" since the lights are now in the way. Able to make it work, and glad the mirrors didn't need to go out anymore, as they wouldn't. |

Had these on our '08 Airbag, and took 2 trips to Yellowstone with them on the bike. They are soon comfortable for the passenger----never in the way. You can hook your elbows into the top, sit back, and fall asleep. When we got the '14 Airbag, this was one of the first things that I had placed on the bike. And we're off to Glacier this time (riding all the way). |
