My five star review is for Wingstuff. My first beaded seat cover fell apart the second ride. Wingstuff not only refunded me but sent me a replacement. That's called customer service. A concept so many other companies have forgotten. Thank you.
looks great...BUT...the slide washers holes were made to close together...and the slide holes are to big for the slide washers...oh wait they were made big on purpose so you would have to pull real hard side ways after you loosely put all screws in so you could pop all screws into the slots...well the shield is down...because all the mounting hardware is binding and will not allow it to slide up and down easely...I would not buy a another shield from this company...you are better taking a chance cutting down the original shield...at least it will slide up and down
Second time I used it the fishing line that holds it all together came apart. I had beads falling off down the freeway. Big disappointment because it really made a huge difference in the Arizona heat.
Have everything at the ready. I put heated grips on my wing - I spread the glue and was able to put the grips back on... but it was close! I have had the grips on now for a year - no slipping or movement from this glue! In my opinion this is the best!
stop sitting the helmet on the connection and that will solve the problem. I broke several before I learned how to solve this problem. Have not replaced one since.
These are not large enough to go over the lights. They go ON the light. I hope they stay in... Will see...
I have read they will not work on a trike with running boards.Just installed it on my 2014 CSC. Looks great, A little trouble getting the nuts started back on, have a little patience. A good investment.
Love these pipes. Beware....They are much louder than the stock pipes. The video gives true sound but not how loud they are. They are NOT Harley loud nor are they over the top crotch rocket loud. These pipes have a unique sound that is more of an older muscle car sound than a twin 4 cycle (makes since, since the wing is a 6 cylinder). After the stock pipes it took me a bit to get used to but now I love them. I have no problem hearing the CB, Intercom or radio. Great hummm on the highway. Had a bit of a problem putting on the left side but called TBR and they were great to work with. I definitely noticed an increase in horsepower. The engine can breath and it shows. Would not recommend to those who want a stock quiet ride. A little noise and more horsepower, put them on and enjoy!
You need to strip the half of your motorcycle to install them, they are still in my garage I don't wanna have that pain for such accessory.
Liked it so much I bought a second one for my other motorcycle...
I have over 200k on elite 3's but I bought a 2014 gl1800 with these new Bridgestones and I will never go back. The handling is great.
I was not shore how much of a difference it would make as it is not as tall as some but it was great very good build quality everythink lined up only took 10 min to change over and there was a massive change in head buffering and much quieter than before I can know here the stereo throw the bike speakers at speeds over 120km nice and clear
