I have been using this software since Mar 2013. Safeguard the "Pass Key" needed to utilize the program. My PC recently crashed and lost everything. Needless to say, I need to work with this software and don't have my Pass Key. The software is very simple to use and works as described. |
| I like it. I put both left and right side on and they look fabulous. Be patient with your bending to fit just gentle pressure with the thumb. Trial and error before you peel the backing off, once it sticks there is no going back. |
| With a little patience this accent can be bent into shape, it took me roughly 30 minutes of gentle pressure to get the item to fit. This side is far more difficult than the one on the left. The both look great and well pleased with the outcome. |

What a nightmare I had with my order I placed for a Windbender windshield. First I place the order and the windshield comes in with nice scratches in both top and base windshield. So I send them back and Dayle sends me a new set. OK, I start the install and find out the slots don't line up on the bike. I could bow the shield to get the hardware started but then had a big gap on the dash side because the shield was bowed out. I then took some measurements and with the oversize mounting slots in the Windbender going centerline to centerline of the slots they were over 8mm wider than the OEM shield. So now I have wasted almost 2 weeks and do not have a good windshield to put on the bike. I contacted Dayle and sent him the pic's, after some back and forth I found out that a 3rd replacement shield would have the same mounting problem so I ordered Klock Works shield and being the Windbender shield would not fit "correctly" I wanted a return shipping label. His answer was he would refund my money but no he would not pay for shipping because he did not feel it was a defective part. Here are the answers I got back from him as to why he did not feel it was defective: No one else has ever complained. The next two replies being I have been a Tool & Die maker for over 40 year blew me away; Maybe the windshield mounts on the Gold Wing are off. (realy!!!!) I never said the windshield was a perfect fit. ( being off 1mm or 2mm I would consider not a perfect fit, 8mm over 5/16 of an inch is defective all day long). After I spent $29 returning the shield (oh by the way I also sent back a lock spring assembly I completed that he charges $40 to do) Here is a reply from him on the credit he sent me: I installed a shield yesterday and took another look at that fit issue. "I’m going to move the outside slots in a few millimeters on the next run." If you want quality stay away from Windbender and look elsewhere for windshields it cost me time and money to learn this. |
| I use the PCS1 on both my vulcan and my gold wing, never had a problem, no leaks, goes on easy and easy to clean and dry. If you want a reusable filter I would recommend these. |
| The other reviewers have it right. These mirrors are an easy install. You will love the looks and reduced glare ( blue tint) and the safety factor is an added plus. These mirrors come with their own screws which work without washers. A side benefit is that the mirrors adjust very easily, which my stock mirrors didn't. They give you a lot of extra wire so do a good job of looping it so it doesn't "pop out" of the housing. Ride with somebody who has a set of these and you will be impressed. Great product. |
| I hated the stock handlebars. too low and narrow. rode for a few years with handlebar risers installed. a bit better than stock but not quite right. Installed the Helibars a few months ago. Probably the best thing i have done to my wing. Bars are now higher, wider and come back a bit more. the adjustability is great. So much more comfortable. No more pain or cramps in my shoulders. The other huge benefit is handling. so much more control on the steering. effortless. Highly recommend. |
| I have logged about 50,000 miles over 6 summers with this bag full and exp0oed to the sun. It works perfect, even the rain cover. The only problem is that it has faded to a purple colour and I dont know how to dye it black again. At this price a new bag is probably cheaper than the cost of dying the old one. |

| Tires are available in Montreal region, I just got a set installed on my 2010 GL, rides great, but only 200 km on them, so hard to really say something on them yet. |

I would have to say Bridgestone rebate is the biggest disappointment ever. I ordered my tires combo from Wingstuff because of a so call rebate that Wingstuff was advertising for Bridgestone. Sent in my rebate and I was told I am not going to get the $50.00 rebate because I didn't have a receipt that they were installed by a dealer. The person I spoke to at Bridgestone rebate didn't really care about the customer at all. The person at Bridgestone I spoke to said we have this wrote at the bottom of the rebate form wrote real small. I think they do this so they don't have to pay out the $50.00. I asked the person if I could have my tires installed by a dealer which was after 7/4/2016 and the person from Bridgestone said I was to late to do that. If it would not have of took Bridgestone rebate email three weeks to respond to my rebate, I possibly could of had the tire mounted by a dealer. The Bridgestone rebate person didn't care if you bought Bridgestone tires ever. I am writing about my experience with Bridgestone so maybe the next person purchasing tires from Wingstuff don't get screwed like I did. |
| Additionally, these tires are not yet available in Canada and you can't beat the Wingstuff price. |
