I’ve been looking for a travel bag that works for my new Tour Manual. I previously used an Ultraguard rack mounted bag on my OldWings. I opted for no trunk rack this time because I thought it looked ugly and was too shallow for the Ultragaurd. Also, the Ultraguard is too large to mount behind the backrest. I hesitated for a long time on the Vagabond, wondering if it would fit behind my Honda backrest. The other issue was if it could be secured without modification to my passenger grab rails. I really didn’t want to purchase and then return due to fitment issues. I was at Daytona and stopped by Kury’s tent and tried it on for size. Success! It fits perfectly, and with a bit of ingenuity it secures well. They provide many types of straps, and the attach/detach procedure is very simple and secure without modification to the bike. I could have saved $30 purchasing thru Wingstuff, but “Gotta have it now†bit me hard. It worked perfectly for the 200 mile ride home. Highly recommend. |
| Standard Windshield: Ever easy to install this windshield if you are some what mechanically handy. Was able to move over the vent with no problem; but, I will post that I had to use a jeweler's screwdriver to manipulate the tabs to separate the two sides of the vent. And an again with the jeweler's screwdriver to put them back together. This maybe have added total of one minute labor time to the 5 minutes to mover the vent over. Lets see; $70 for them to install a new or six minutes of labor to move the old one over? The old vent looks nice right where it is. |
| On my second set, just shy of 20,000 on rear, 26,000 front. Running 42psi rear and 41psi front. Only negative is front tire likes to track rain groves/cuts on freeways. |
| Like always, the more warning, light you can put out at night (and day) the better. |

I love being able to slide these in when not in use, slick look to them. However, I did have them pulled out after washing the bike and when trying to centerstand the bike she fell over. The highway peg snapped off the valve cover it was bolted to and oil came pouring out like a homicide scene. So, getting $2k of repairs done and she will be good as new. But...NEVER keep the pegs out when parking is my suggestion. |
| On the first try I lit up the VIN numbers but not the switches. On the second try I got a bad reflection in my V-Stream windshield and a little back light on the switches. Third try I put aluminum foil tape all over the area under the switches and around the keyswitch then put the LEDs on the tabs under the heater controls. Now it lights up the like I expected it to. |
| I've used these on my Wing and F6. Excellent wet pavement performance. |

I'll start this off with 3 stars because it looks like a great rack and probably works very well. I have not installed it yet and only held it up to the hitch to see what the clearance was going to be like. Another reviewer mentioned that it fits close and that whatever is on the rack will probably rub against the bike. NO KIDDING On my 2016 Goldwing the forward lip of the rack is up under rear of the back of the bike below the plastic between the saddlebags making the full surface of the rack unusable. I'll see if I can find a container small enough to fit onto the smaller area. This might still be usable, but not sure how much. I might end up coming back and down grading it to 2 stars for fit on a Goldwing. If the support arm were 2-3 inches longer it might be perfect. |

Nothing against this headset, per se. But, why so expensive? Good BT headsets can be had for $50 for phones for other applications. Just saying.... |
| Although i am mechanically inclined, I am not a mechanic. I recently installed one of these on my 2018 Goldwing Tour and finally got it right after three days of adjustments. It would have been much easier if the parts were better identified with numbers engraved on them. It does look and work great!! |

Order hand wing leg wing and the middle wing got 3 diffrental color, not good. Jónas Th. |
| After watching a couple of videos r/t install & building up nerve to cut into drivers seat - was not a hard install. Had one on a previous goldwing and made riding so much more comfortable and a necessity for any distance riding. Do need a specific 9/32 drill bit - can get for about $3.50 @ lowes. |
