| These “DO NOT FIT THE AIR BAG MODEL †at no time during ordering, shipping or on the installation instructions does it mention except for air bag models, not untill you try to install them and nothing but 1 hole matches up do you relize something is wrong. After I started boxing them back up to ship back did I find on the back of the box way down at the bottom did it say except for air bag models. Really think should have been much better description to this fact. Now I have to ship back and hope I get my mon3y back or a pair that will work |
| I have ridden about 10,000 miles since I installed these wheel balancers, and I no longer experience any cupping on my tires. I never feel any vibration from the tires, and the confidence that I feel makes the investment well worth it! I never have to wonder if my tire balance needs checked, because I know they are always in balance. I only wish Centramatic would make these for cars! |

2 screws out of 4 to attach the handles to the plates were missing. Had to rummage thru my parts bin to find replacements. Seems and is obvious, but instructions don't say to attach the handles to the plates before installing the plates. No matter how tight I fasten the flat head screws holding the plates and spaces onto the bike, there is still some "rocking" (very slight) back and forth after installation. Will update later on when wife has a chance to test them. |
| Installed the chrome ones last weekend. Easy installation and they look awesome. About the folks who drop their bikes and are concerned about damaging their rides: I have owned my 2010 GoldWing since 2011 and have never had it fall over on me. I am always sure footed when parking it and the comment about swinging the pegs closed when parking is sold advice. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! An old adage but it works. See you on the road! |
| I purchased this product excited about the look and how it would provide greater visibility & safety on the rear of my bike. It looks great and is easy to install if you follow the instructions. I cleaned the area with alcohol twice where it was to be placed and waited 15 minutes for it to dry completely. I also wrapped a nylon type clamp around it for 24 hours to hold it tight and keep steady pressure on it.However it did not stick well to my trunk. The corners are coming up as well as a section in the middle.All I can do is hope that it stays. For the cost I expected better. Not sure I would purchase it again. |
| Bought these for my F6B. OMG are they bright! I have LED headlights and fog lights so these fit right in! Very eye catching and there was a hidden bonus I didn't know about until I was done and riding at night....they are so bright they slightly light up the road to the side of you where your head light does not shine. SUPER COOL! Install took me about two hours and was worth every minute invested! If you have a F6B, make sure you get the wiring harness. It won't work without it! |
| I love the way this makes me F6B look! It is a must have but let me tell you, it won't last long. I am on my third one in three years. I get about a year out of them and then one side will quit illuminating. VERY frustrating! Would be 5 stars all day for the cool factor. Sadly the quality is lacking on it. |

| Followed exact install instructions, the hand wing rubs against the bottom of the mirror assy. Will return and go with older style - which I had previously installed on 3 other GL1800's with no problem. Wasted a lot of my time. |
| This back rest is not made to be leaned on with any weight. I am 6 ft and 295. If I lean back on it too much I have bent the bars back. I kept it off of the bike most of the time that I had. It can not support being used a back rest. When you lean it forward it catches the corners of the drivers seat make it a bit of a pain to put back in place. I am not fond of cutting a hole in the seat so I am going to purchase the Show Chrome backrest. I had that one on my 1500 and could lean on it without issues. If it doesn't stay in place I am going to insert the dowels like another reviewer suggested. |

I had this one on my 94 1500. I loved it. I bought the Kuryakyn backrest for my 1800 and hate it. It can not support weight if I lean back on it. I am considering purchasing this one. i am 6 feet as well so I will be installing all the way back. My wife id not have a problem sitting on the 1500 with the show chrome model. If I need to I will insert the dowels as a reviewer suggested and could get some foam piping insulation if the exposed metal starts to hurt my riders legs. |
| I thought I would try saving a few dollars over the Honda OEM. I'm sorry to say that this wasn't worth the savings. The powder coating is subpar, the directions were incomplete, and the hardware is mismatched. The directions call for cutting out a template, which wasn't included. So I had to mark the holes for drilling manually. The next problem was the 9/16" spade bit which was included. The bit is perfectly acceptable, however the spacers are LARGER than 9/16", thereby rendering the holes too small. I had to enlarge them with a dremel and sanding drum. Once I got everything mounted, it now feels very secure, but the installation pains and the subpar build quality and directions leave a sour taste in my mouth. Would not recommend. |
