I love the rack although the template measurements are a bit off center. I had to order new filler pieces and am going to re-drill the holes again.
Needed to upgrade to more ounces. Ran out this summer several times. Had to stop more for fluids than fuel. This is a great product with easy install on either side. Looking foward to longer rides with less breaks
Put the Chrome Timing Cover on my 08 GoldWing it looks really good.
I got these covers the other day they go together with the Chrome Frame covers. They are a must if you have the Chrome Frame Covers.
I bought these Chrome frame covers for my 08 Wing and they make my GoldWing look so good. What a difference get you will love them.
Easy to install. Look good and feel nice.
The product arrived packaged well and the stainless steel surface had a peel off plastic on both sides to keep the mirror finish shiny in production and shipping. Very easy to install by removing the 4 lower body panel acorn nuts, on my bike, then pulling the side panels out and off the studs. Slide the belly pan in one side at a time and reattach the body panels. It certainly will offer added protection. If I was designing it, I'd make it twice as thick. However I'm glad to have something installed there.
I got this vent last week to put in my new windshield. This vent makes a big difference in the windshield. Good fresh air while riding.
I got this along with a new VStream windshield. It fits but because the VStream is a little more curved in the center a stock shield so it takes some pressure to get the edges together to insert the bolts. Be careful not to scratch the windshield while trying to force the pieces on the vent together to bolt in.
I just installed it on my 09 GL1800. Everything went together ok, not smooth. Had to "bend" the edges down to align the brackets on the edge. Once all the brackets and screws were back in it was very hard to slide up and down (this was before I put the front back together) so I figured I had put something together wrong although I couldn't see how, things only go together one way. After loosening the screws and brackets and checking they were not catching someplace I tightened them back down and still very difficult to adjust. After spending an hour trying to figure out why I saw it. Because it angles back further than the stock shield it drags on the dash. I haven't ridden with it yet so we will see but I'm not sure I like it rubbing the dash.
I just got these as a present and put it on immediately. Looks Awesome! A bit tricky to install as the adhesive end goes up under the other body part. Dry fit it all first including the screws. One of the new screws they supplied did not go in so I had to use the old screw. Dry run first to make sure you can get it situated.
I just got these and put them on immediately. Easy to do and what a difference it makes. Looks Awesome! Currently chroming the entire side so bring on the bling on the wing
