Quality EBC Brake Pads
ITEM CODE: PG03605

09.14.2011
I just had a front fork seal blow so had to replace the pads early but I managed to get 10,000 miles on a set of these and they are only about 30% down. The Originals were near metal at 15,000 miles. Looks like these would have lasted twice as long if they hadn't been oiled so badly by the blown fork seal. I'm replacing them with another set, they have worked fine up till now with little dust and great stopping power. I do have progressive springs and a fork brace on this bike so performance changes are very noticeable. In summary, besides costing half as much as OEM they seem to last twice as long and perform great for me.

Deluxe Luggage Rack Bag w/Rain Cover
ITEM CODE: WSRACKBAG,   SKU: WSRACKBAG

This is a great addition. I leave mine on all the time. I carry groceries home in it, spare helmets, spare cloths, anything I might need just wondering around. It really adds that additional space for those bulky low weight items so I can keep my saddle bags open for tools and other heavy things and stuff I want to keep locked up on the Wing. The lowest cost solution I have seen, of course you need to have a rack.

Avon Cobra Chrome Radial Tires for GL1800
ITEM CODE: PG23038

07.27.2009
Well I just ordered my second set of Avon's. The rear is totally gone after 7500 miles, I mean cords are showing and they weren't last week, the end was quick for these things, they were just slick last week and not even 100 miles later they are totaled, but it's been a very fun 7500 miles and I can't wait to get another set on to start the fun again. These tires are for people that like to take corners fast, not for people that want range. ;) I love these tires, although I wish the price hadn't gone up.

Stop & Go Tubeless Repair Kit
ITEM CODE: AP3080002,   SKU: AP3080002

Saved my butt, found myself just out of tow range with a flat rear. Had to mess with the first plug I tried as it didn't release out the tip, maybe it was too dry but the second attempt worked great. I'm still riding on the tire, trying to figure out when I can get it fixed and it's still holding fine after a week, check the pressure everyday and no loss so far, maybe it's time to get one of those pressure monitors:))

Power Sport Tire Inflator
ITEM CODE: WP40061,   SKU: WP40061

Nice small unit that saved my butt already but it took forever to get 20 lbs of pressure in my tire, of course sure beat nothing. The pressure gage was off a bit, read 4 pounds high, but I loved that it plugged right into my charger pigtail so I didn't even have to open anything to get power. If it could have gotten more air to my tire I wouldn't have given it 5 stars, but I had to find a gas station for that.

Avon Cobra Chrome Radial Tires for GL1800
ITEM CODE: PG23038

I love these tires, unlike the Elites and the Metzelers they are very sticky and you have to be looking to even know your crossing a rut or a hole. I can drag my rear bags and not slide with these, not something I suggest doing but these things are great and it's like riding a much lighter bike. I put on the 70 profile for the rear giving me a bit more clearance for the turns and even when they do give they give gradually so it's easy to recover, scares the hell out of those sports bikes that are trying to keep up with me :)) I Love Them!!!

ITEM: ME2158100

05.11.2009
I replaced a set of Dunlap Elite 3's with these and they seemed much better for the first 1k miles but then about the same as the Elite 3's, grabbing ruts and holes and made me somewhat uncomfortable, but then I spend most of my time on goat trails. But then most of the roads in California have a lot of potholes and ruts.

Turn Signal Conversion Harness for GL1800
ITEM CODE: BB52766,   SKU: BB52766

08.12.2008
Great value. took me a couple of hours to install. Before buttoning it up I tested it and discovered the top 2 lights on the left side were flipped so I just swapped the two light cables. It probably should come with lots of tie wraps, b ut doesn't. I don't understand why they have to go all the way to the front mirrors to hook into the turning signals and it appears that those wires may not be necessary on the 2008 but I installed them anyway. Everything works great, brakes, turn signals, emergency lights and even the remote blinks the upper lights now. Interesting how honda ships duel bulbs in all the lights and only hooks to one.
But this kit really makes you visable at a resonable price.
