Allows LED Turn Signals to flash at normal speed. If after replacing Incadescent Bulb Turn Signals with LED Turn Signals and your turn signals now flash fast, you will need this equalizer to slow down the flash speed of the turn signals.

Helped with my LEDs

I liked the fast flashing, but was worried that it would burn them out faster. SO I added one of these and works great!!

Failed after less than 1 year

This was very easy to install on my 2010 with the included instructions which have specific instructions for Goldwings. I installed it back in Feb 2013. It worked great until back in December when I started having my left turn signal flashing fast intermittently. My right was working OK. At one point both left and right signals were blinking fast. Finally got around to checking it out while it was still flashing fast. I swapped the wires between the turn signal wires and the fast blinking moved to the other side. So that to me confirmed that it is the unit and not a bad connection. I'll go ahead and have to order one more to hope that it was just a bad unit I got. If the second one goes out again that quickly, I'll move to a different brand.

Load question

i have had LEDs in my bike for about a year without an equalizer. Not having an equalizer and the faster flashing will not harm leds or bike.

WHY?

The faster flashing is great, however, i have an issue with the front signals not totally going out between flashes and hazards flashing alternately or i have to have the left or right signal on for both to flash. some bikes have a voltage indicator, and will show bulb out indicator due to low voltage.

Question about Load Equalizer

So I'm about to change my bulbs over to LED's and my only question is, why would you NOT want your turn signals to flash faster? Wouldn't that just get peoples attention better?
Will having them flash faster hurt the LED bulbs or your Goldwing at all?
Thanks for letting me know.
