What awesome customer service!

Both fork rebuild kits arrived in a timely manner. A quick check revealed all genuine replacement parts and the correct quantity in each kit. Unfortunately, later it was discovered that 1 seal in each kit was incorrect. I received (2) of part number 51414-KCR-003 and the correct part number is 51414-MFR-671.

Due to time constraints for completing the repair, I bought the correct 2 bushings locally. I reached out to the Wingstuff about the situation, and my goodness, what awesome customer service! Any and every way to help me with the problem was offered up. Since I had already bought correct bushings locally and the forks were rebuilt, the company offered to fully reimburse me for the cost of those parts.

I readily accepted that offer. I could not be more satisfied! Many thanks everyone involved. Ride safe all.

I am truly impressed

I am from Singapore. Recently bought the F4 16" Windshield and some other items for my 2018 Tour from Wingstuff. upon unpacking, discovered there was a 4mm blemish on the top right of the windshield near eye level. If it was at lower level, I would have installed it and bear with it.

Send an email to Wingstuff to report on the blemish on the screen and seek their advice. The response from Wingstuff was fast and amazing. Wingstuff apologetically responded to say they will send a replacement set immediately at no costs to me as well as letting me keep the original tiny blemish set as spare. Wingstuff even acceded to my request for a changed from 16" to 20" shield without me incurring extra payment as they were more concerned of the inconvenience caused to me.

I am truly impressed. I don't think I will be able to get such fast and amazing response from any other companies especially from Amazon or Ebay! Thank you Joseph and Rick.

Great service means more than a lower price

This is my second Utopia backrest and I will buy another one when I purchase another wing, the fit and finish are the best. I choose to order this backrest from Wingstuff because of their excellent service, the backrest was delivered on time as promised.

When it comes to pricing Wingstuff is great too, although I would pay more if it came to that because great service means more to me than a lower price.

Great stuff and service from WINGSTUFF!

Just received the CB radio from Wingstuff, best price on the web and fast service on receiving it. I had one installed when I picked up my trike in 2011. Radio was working great till early 2019 and then I kept getting fault code on the CB.

Prices were over $700.00 and I did not know if I wanted to spend the money for a replacement. Glad I waited, I saved over $150.00, thanks Wingstuff. Easy to install, the hardest part was cleaning out my trunk. Always great stuff and service from WINGSTUFF!

I really enjoy Wingstuff

I really enjoy Wingstuff. My dealer doesn't carry parts so no matter what, they have to be ordered. With Wingstuff I can get the OEM parts and they're shipped to my front door. And being OEM in the factory packaging I know they're going to fit. Saves another trip out of town to pick them up. Thanks Wingstuff.

Wingstuff you rock!

Great cover! If it lasts as long as my Wingstuff half cover did it will outlast me! Easy to put on by yourself if you start at the front end and keep the zipper closed. It will probably take 2 people to fold it up and get it back in the carry bag. Wingstuff you rock!
