| I worked my way through college in a bodyshop so I'm not timid when it comes to pulling knobs or chrome. I removed the factory knobs and put these on. They were very loose and wobbled. They also came off very easily. Upon closer inspection I found the factory knobs had little metal clips inside them that held the knob on. I don't recall ever having to remove these on any other radio knobs I've installed. Perhaps these are supposed to be moved to the new knobs, but I doubt it. I put the old knobs back on and will use these to make keyed knobs for the gas tank and right pocket. Perhaps I should return them or replace them, but it costs more to send them back than they cost. |

| These look and work good. The only things that kept it from 5 stars is that they feel tentative when putting them on the radio shafts. It is hard to tell if you really have them lined up on the flat spot or not. Also there are 2 knobs in this kit so you do not need to buy 2 kits unless you want 4 knobs. |

| Made it just enough chrome for the dash. Watch putting them on, metal ring on stem moved on me. cap would'nt stay on. Very hard to see, and like to never lined it up. Must have pushed cap on crooked and moved spring.1 Side went on easy other problem. |

| Nice look for the price...do it with the radio panel chrome. Be careful with the OEM brass inserts. I shot one across the garage...took me an hour to find it. Otherwise, the install woulda been a 5 minute job. |

| You better have a small rat tail file ot a tapping kit/reamer to get these fitted. 1 fitted correctly, the other needed some work. It was a challenge for such a small item. No pain (aggravation) no little chrome knobs. |

| Once I figured out how to get the brass insert out of the previous radio knob and reinstalled in the new one they worked fine.Looks great. Thanks to shane at BB Show Chrome for the tip about using an awl to remove the clip |
