I too found these Pegs fustrating to find a comfortable location. I finally succumbed and bought the shorter arms. Finally...I found the sweet spot and provide additional lean clearance. It would be nice if Kuryakan sold this pakage with either the long arm or short in the kit, instead of having to spent the extra $$'s for the short arms. |
I had no trouble installing these over my chrome valve covers. They were a perfect fit. |
I wasn't sure these would be worth the money. They are well worth the money. The upper wing can deflect cold air or bring more air on the rider in warm weather. I really like the lower wings as they keep the motor head away from me. The wife says it defects quite a bit of the wind buffering away from her. |
I debated and debated about the hand wings. Absolutely love them in the cold or cool mornings. |
Added this when istalling the grips. It's a nice feature when times don't allow the use of cruz control. |
I installed a pair on my wifes Volusia, after riding her bike a few times,I liked the fatter feel. After my own install I noticed the heat is some what diminished hence the 4 star rating. I think I'll be adding a pair of Baker Hand Wings to offset some of those cold Newengland mornings. I found using a sure grip bar clamp help hold the grips together allowing two hands to work the rubber nubs into the grip. |
I bought these here in Newfoundland and they really spruce up the sides of the goldwing. They were easy to install, took around a 1/2 hour. Also bought the louvered scuff covers but havn,t put them on yet. |
Great item.I installed them at the same time I installed the kury passenger armrest.Everything went well and looks great on bike and matches the radio antenna pefectly.Very well pleased. |
Very nice item and was well pleased after installing them.Instalation was not to bad with my wifes help.I installed the hondaline CB antenna at the same time so everything went well and looks great on bike. |
Nice product thats a bit difficult to install, but once on looks great on the bike .I use mind when touring to keep the bugs of the paint in front of bike |
#2 REVIEW. AFTER 2 YEARS THE GOLD FADED OUT ALMOST COMPLETLY. I REMOVED THEM FROM EACH SIDE OF THE TRUNK TO INSTALL THE CHROME LIGHTED EAGLES. THEY DID NOT FIT FOR TOO MUCH CURVE IN THE EAGLE EMBLEMS. DOES NOT FIT ON A FLAT SURFACE. |
I REMOVED MY BANGED UP SOLID ALUMINUM BELLY PAN AND INSTALLED THE STAINLESS STEEL BELLY PAN. I AM WELL SATISFIED WITH THIS. I GIVE IT FIVE STARS. |
