nice extra for the bike fits good quality for the money.
Overall the installation was not too difficult, just take your time running the wires down from the mirror into the front cowl. I discovered that the (Blue connectors) at the fog lights were not making a good connection as the two halves of the connectors were too long when coupling them. I had to trim down the (Blue connectors) which would allow making a secure electrical connection between them. Otherwise, you would have intermittent fog light-running-turn signals). I then used a plastic wire tie from end to end to keep them from separating, as the clip portion was not securing the connection. I did a wire harness wrap-tape around the blue connectors as well for added security of keeping the Blue connectors together because I don't want to deal with working & not working fog-running-turn lights! I was close to splicing the microwires to make the connection, but I will see if my fix works. Show Chrome needs to address this issue. The On-Off Fog Light button really feels of low quality. I may have to try and resource another quality on-off fog light switch. For the money these cost you should not have issues as I encountered with this installation JMHO!
Sure, we love them. I hope the chrome on these replacements lasts longer than that in the previously installed.
Just gearing up for Alaska
This is the only way to go and do it right, The directions were a little confusing but figured out what it was trying to say, and worked out perfectly.
It installed and looks great, I ran it through the ACC. fuse block for safety on the keyed-sided so lights won't be left on even with the nice blue indicator lights.
Installed with the optional fuse block, works and looks great.
The backrest looks good and a fair match but if the material was the same as the seat it would of been better. But then again maybe they tested the material and decided it was better this way. Time will tell, and yes I would buy it again.
Not that hard to install, and WOW does it get your attention when you apply the brakes, safety first.
Seems to have a wery good quality and well made, on vacation so not yet mounted it.
Bought this mount recently and like one of the previous reviewers stated, I don't like the fact that it blocks the right side controls. Tried adjusting it many different ways but it still blocks the controls. Since this is the right side mount, Ciro should've made it expand out to the left and that would prevent it from blocking or offset the mount to the left. Besides that, it holds the phone securely and it is a quality mount.
Definitely attention getting. I've added some type of flash to my brake lights of the that three bikes I've owned. People do seem to slow down if the see them. Hopefully they look up from their phone in time to see them...
