| Was very excited, then disappointed.Installed the exhaust, which went fairly smooth. Started the bike, it sounded good!Took the bike off the center stand, and heard the scrape.The right muffler was touching the gear box. I’m going to have to take the muffler off and try to adjust it to fit. Hammer and pliers I guess. Seems to be an issue. I noticed another review with the same problem. Wingstuffs’ return policy will not let me return them. The policy notice was in the box. So I’m very disappointed. These mufflers are not cheap. I would expect them to fit correctly. They do sound good if you want to take a chance. |
| Having some mechanical ability is a definite plus and as most have already said, the instructions could be better. After installation, the rear cover panel didn't want to fit because the bolts stick out too far. I removed the washers and added lock-tite and gained the clearance I needed. That being said, I do not pull a trailer. I use this to mount a flag pole and US flag for escorting military funerals. It works remarkably well for that, and when I don't need the flag mount, I can unpin the vertical part and remove it. Voila...nothing to see here, folks... |
| I ordered them they came in in about a week I look at them in the packaging about a week later I was ready to install them I took them out of the package to find one of the wing had a crack in it and 4 of the fasteners were broken so I call wingstuff they told me that it was shipped from baker built not them an gave me a number to baker built I called them they were very nice an said they would send my replacement right away I am surprised they didn't have better packaging for these they are not cheap I can see how they can be came damaged that is why I gave only 3 stars |
| These works great just added lock washers to the connecting bolts and cinched them down tight also added the big cup holder ... wife loves it! |

| I wanted to find something to cover the hole left from removing the antenna to clean up the bike. Fits the ticket. They also need to make this in black- had to paint mine. |
| Just got installed today. Only 15 miles on it. It looked like a great premium tire when I unpacked and is doing good do far. |

| I received the chrome radio cover today and set it on my radio that was out of the bike. The radio I purchased when mine died was scratched and dented. I filled the scratches and dents and then instead of painting I applied 3M Di-Noc carbon fiber. This cover was too wide and I didn't like the fact that the top and bottom would mount to the carbon fiber. I will stay with the original black covering as this now looks superior. I really wished I had seen this on another bike, I would not have purchased it. It really should eliminate the cassette door tabs and trim the top and bottom a bit and it would be so much better. Maybe something I can try in the future. |
| This is a great addition to my 05 Gold Wing 1800. Works great, only difficulty was cutting the windshield. This piece doesn’t come with a template to use for the cut. That just means taking yourself a little more time to measure before cutting. I would recommend it to anyone. |
