The only choice for a triked out goldwing. But a good choice at that.
From what I know these filters are great. Have yet to install.
These wheels stripes are awesome. I prep the surface by using electrical clean and a spray can and wiping the surface down it dried very fast. The instructions say to use masking tape to initially line everything up. I did not do that I lined up the Divet with the tire valve for the first one and just started installing it there are three sections for each side of the wheel works great . I wish I could attach the pictures for you at your viewing.
Our first Gold Wing had this handy feature so it was a must have for our 2009 upgrade! Easy fit and install!
Installation is a bit odd, but conforms nicely to the bike. The detailed instructions make no sense until you lay the pieces out then follow their directions then Bingo! They pop right on. I dinged it a star as I'd like the pegs to adjust further forward than they are able to go for my 32" inseam, but that may be a design limitation of the bike. They do flex a bit. I'm sure I'll adapt to that feeling.Other pegs I considered installed differently and covered the engine cover, an option I did not care for at all.
fast shipping nice tires well protected very good price .
I can't really fault Wing Stuff since this was my third attempt at getting one that matches the paint on my 2012 Wing. However, the color is just not right perhaps due to this being the first of the second generation Wings. I mounted it but it is annoying enough that it will have to be painted. Other than that, use the dimples in the trunk to drill your holes after you double check with the template. Go slow with the drill and all will be well.
Best way to store and find small items without digging through everything on you bike. Great fit and finish and customer service that is ***** when you have questions or need a problem solved.
Looks stunning on the bike and easy to install took me about 45 minutes to a hour
Need to contact wingstuff or the manufacturer that made these floorboards. Installed them which was a breeze but the right floor is very loose, wondering if I could get a replacement due to I've only had them about wks.
Package arrived a little damaged, but contents were fine. Directions were good. The template was right on. I placed the template then marked the plastic a little. I placed painters tape along side the trim pieces where I just marked them and drew a line on the tape where my mark was. Then I removed the trim piece to inspect the alignment of the screw and the mark I made on the painters tape. Looked good and I did not have to make any adjustments. I then drilled the hole with a step drill. This gave me a very clean hole. Heh heh. I then removed the screws, reinstalled the trim and put a little silicone around the spacers to keep water out. Gave 4 stars because one of the brackets needed the paint touched up. The wings work well. I would recommend.
Package arrived with some damage but the contents were undamaged. Parts list indicated 2 large white plastic bushings for each mounting stem but there was only 1. Called Bakers. They told me they made a change and I only need 1. Fair enough. But I went to the hardware store and picked up 2 more. Install went fine but be aware that the original screws are locktited in. Be sure to stay straight on the screw. The wings do a nice job of directing air. I would recommend.
