| Easy install, except the sticky tape did not want to “stay stuck” on the inside of new grip while carefully peeling off the paper cover… not impressed with the tape quality. These grips give a better feel than the OEM, much easier to grip! Like most things for the Goldwing, I feel they are too pricey for plastic. |

| I ordered the S/M as my chest is 42”. The vest is to small for me so had to give it to my 115 pound wife. She seems to like it so far. Will wait to se if I order a larger on. Battery takes a long time to charge |
| Hello All: So far so good, as it eases the fight to get it on the center stand. Installation was about an hour but had to spray both the hex bolt and the right bolt with penetrating fluid. Using a ratchet breaker bar I used the 8mm Allen socket and the 14 mm socket for the right and used leverage to get them loose. Re installed per instructions but will suggest getting an inexpensive drum brake spring pliers set to install the spring. This too will give the leverage to install the spring, as you can slide it directly on the bottom peg. Now needing to learn the reverse mode of doing it and we're done! |
| Got this one 'cause it was closest in make to the one I use for my '04 'Wing. Needed a cover for my '12 H-D Road Glide Ultra, and a test with Redwing's cover showed it to fit nicely.Got it. Fits like a dream, and it's orders of magnitude less-expensive than a HD-branded one.Down side? Two years later, it split right down the dorsal side. Need to get another one. |
