| I just could not get comfortable on my 02 1800 until my buddy said I should install these. Wow what a Difference! Im 5'9" and have been trying to get this bike to fit me.. it came with a custom seat which is good but I couldn't lean back and be comfortable with backrest. After this install I am set! Highly recommend! |
| It took two of us 4.5 hours to do this one, but we took a few breaks and contemplated things carefully as we went. The longest part is removing the left heated grip using the genius but horribly slow tool to carefully slide it back. The how to video was almost perfect, with just a few areas where a different camera angle would have been better, or a part was jumped ahead on, but if you’ve worked on bikes before, it’s not hard to figure out.The end result is a bike that is now perfectly comfortable for my 6’3” frame and reach…….entirely different bike now! Whether you’re tall, or just prefer a taller or more spread out stance, this is exactly what you need and worth every penny! |
| Honestly didn't think it would be a huge difference but I was wrong. There's much less of a stretch to the grips now and they're at a more comfortable angle. One star off because they are overpriced for what you get. For the price they should come with a plastic replacement cover so you don't have to modify the one on the bike. That is the most time consuming part of the entire installation. |
| First set of Bridgestone’s for me, but heard good things so good ole Wingstuff it is. Great place to buy tires. Shipped promptly and fresh rubber . Not out of date/been sitting in a warehouse. The $50 Bridgestone rebate was a plus too. Thanks Wingstuff ! |
| Easy install with even basic mechanical skill. About an hour and that was taking my time. Noticeable difference on the first ride. Bike even feels easier to handle. |

| Take your time with fitment. It may need some convincing to connect to the little tabs especially if you are using other lights that are using the same area of connecting. Light is bright and works well however. |

| I have been reading about these TPM's for some time now and after my mechanic got all over my case about the low tire pressure in my rear tire and know how dangerous this can be I went ahead and bought these TPM's. I have not installed since I have been told by several other people what pain it was to get the TPM's off the read tire to inflate I have decided to get the T-valve installed on the rims before installing the TPM's. Also my mechanic advised me that I am in need of new tires in the next few months so then I will have the t-valves ready for installation. I know for a fact that I will enjoy having the information about my tire pressure available to me at all times and with the t-valves I will not have to get pissed off just to inflate my tires.
