I originally installed these on the side of the bike above radiator grills but without a doubt, they belone as pictured on this site. Tie the ring of fire and Arrow lights to these. Makes for a great side presentation. |
Another chrome piece that works well in the front of the bike. Very easy install, but do take a bit of time to line up with center of the front fender. I used some soft clamps to insure this piece adheres. I think it works well with the lighted accents like those pictured. |
Looks sharp on my black bike. |
No bike should be without this. |
Looks good easy to install. |
wish I would have bought these the first time around. The quality of these is great!! |
Great added chrome piece. Easy install but definately use some clamps to get good adheasion. |
I bought the Back-Off Brake light modulator from a local dealer in Eugene, OR. - It was fantastically easy to install. Highly recommended that all motorcycles have this on board. It has definately helped from most people get too close to the back end of our bike. ****************************** are not enough |
I like it, works fine. The only thing that worries me is losing my grip on the container with a gloved hand or being clumsy and dropping it, which wouldn't be as possible if the cup had a handle. But, it rides steady and tight, holds hot and cold, and the hardware can be removed easily and stowed while parked. I thought it was the cleanest looking of all the models Wingstuff had in stock when I wanted one. |
Bottom line, this hitch is a great buy compared to others, but I admit I know nothing about the quality / engineering as compared to, say, Bushtec, but its Staff Pick status helped me out on that. My rating has nothing to do with installation, as I wimped out and had Neil at Wingstuff do it for me. Sounds like I made the right decision...bought the hitch specifically to use with the Pakit Rak system, model 18-2 configured for the Add On hitch. Can't wait to try out this setup! |
I have one of these made by OWL lighting and LOVE it! I supports the bike fine and you can put the bike in reverse and put the bike on the centerstand with almost NO EFFORT! Mine does not tip at all, and is supported on the stock flats of the stand. The only down side I can find is you DO have to put the bike on a piece of 1x6 to spin the back wheel for cleaning. |
One of the first COMFORT items I added to my '02 orange (Love the color match) I like them for stopping cold air and wind noise and for directing air onto me on hot days, but don't find alot of difference in bringing war air in on cold days. |
