What's more classic than chrome on black? The LED lighting is better & brighter than I thought it be. Installation was mostly a breeze. Very good looking. Really makes the bike stand out in traffic. |
This was the first accessory I put on my 2006 Wing. The reason; I have observed the brake lights on Wings both with and without these installed. In my opinion, for safety reasons, this one item that should be part of the basic bike. With over half a million miles behind me I have been rear ended three times. Each time I was told that |
They are easy to install and adjust. You will have to check and set the torque on all of the screws which is normal for any adjustable air deflector. The overall benefit for me is that they give me the ability to ride in temperatures twenty to thirty degrees colder than with out them down to 5 degrees F. When used with the lower deflectors they deflect the wind away from the passenger. If I had known how good these would be I would have purchased them long before I did. If you are a winter rider you |
I use these with the uppers so I can |
The heel flip out supports are real nice and might prevent you from kicking yourself in the back of the head. They lock your boots in place and prevent them from slipping off. Something to think about if you put a lot of miles up on trips. The only thing I found that could be improved was the roll pins that lock the pivot points in place. Solid pins would work better if you later wanted to change position on the pedals. Other than that they work great, are comfortable, and very high quality units. |
Best looking rack for your wing. Be sure to use star washers when mounting for extra support. |
Looks great on bike, also adds to safety with added brake and running lights. |
I would not be without these! I believe that Honda should provide these as part of the basic package if for no other reason than safety. I ride a lot at night in the White Mountains area of Arizona, which means lots of turns. You never want to out drive your lights but you can |
This is just about the easiest piece of chrome you can put on. It is so simple it becomes elegant on the front fender. Finishes it off really nice. Sally likes it for its understated looks and simplicity. Does not look cheap and overdone. |
I didn't read the instructions so I didn't have any trouble. Sized up the area and peices and put it together. We pulled our trailer over 30,000 miles in the past 12 months. This is a great hitch for the money. Thanks for the recommendation Rick! |
awesome addition to your wing... a must have! |
Good looking shirt. Keeps the sun off when it's hot and it makes a nice shirt under my jacket when cool. It's bright appearance helps people to see you. My favorite riding shirt. |
