I wasn't very happy with these parts. Although they look great when up close to the bike, any vehicles following your Wing (at a reasonable distance) will easily notice the ugly inner mufflers that these turn downs don't turn down far enough to hide. The inner mufflers are not black (at least not on my bike) so they are quite noticeable. Also, perhaps it is just me, but these exhaust tips on my Wing appeared to be a tad bit crooked, i.e. rotated ever so slightly inward when viewed from behind. Perhaps it is an optical illusion...
So far so good. I love the way they handle. They are great on the corners and I have had no wobble or road noise. If things change I update the review.

This is a super nice add-on. Good solid construction and the LEDs are nice and bright... easily seen in daylight and completely unmistakeable at night! Having them double as turn signal indicators is a nice touch! Routing the wires from the light to the mirrors required a little patience and perserverance, but eventually it worked out fine. Note: The ends of the wires have the small pins already attached. After you route the wires up through the fairing you then snap the pins into the plastic connector that is included in the small little plastic baggy in your package. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN THAT BAG!! If one of those teeny connectors gets launched out of the bag when you rip it open you are going to have a great time trying to find it! Don't ask how I know that! Extremely happy with this purchase! |
Have not used this but I can tell you it is made very well. It is worth the money.
I added these with the chrome frame covers and they look great. Good fit and finish! Super easy install.

Really makes a difference over boring frame paint. Very easy to install. Highly recommend it! I also added the passenger footrest covers..the bike has a nice clean look from the side. |
This is a high quality meter, the red lighting looks great! Simple install although finding the connector was challenging. I found another web post that mentioned on a 2001-2002 (mine is 2001) the connector is up by the right front speaker, green/white stripe with black. I found the connector by pulling out the right air vent under the speaker.
I BOUGHT THESE GETTING READY TO IN STALL OVER THE WEEKEND I HAVE THE AIRWINGS SO EXPECT A LITTLE SOFT DRILLING BUT BELEIVE THE OUT COME WILL BE WORTH IT.
Bought two packs thought i was getting several in the pack but was kinda disapointed to see just one.Still beleive there a must to have.
just purchased it like the small compact size and features hope not to need it but thought it was a essential to have on my bike.
I ordered this rack just as you see it, but, when it came it didn't have the inside screw-down flag mounts. And before this rack came, I had ordered two screw-down flag and poles and several other American Flags, now I will have to buy the clamps to make the flag poles work, meaning more money to spend trying to correct this problem. So beware that this Chrome Luggage Rack does not have the flag mounts as shown in the picture. Plus the Chrome was peeling at the top behind the seat.
This addition looks good and goes very well with the saddle bag moldings. However the installation is not plug & play as the instructions would have you believe. They say you can just plug into the DEBRIS modulated mud flap connectors which is incorrect as there is no plug to connect to. The red & white wires are reversed so that the lights work on your brakes & not your running lights (mine is a 2008) so you have to reverse the wires. If you have the modulated mud flaps, you have to build your connector setup so everything will work. Kuryakyn did not do their home work on this one.
