Excellent product. However there is a upgrade kit for all GL1800 goldwings. This will alleviate the problem of losing the cam. The part number is 64542-MCA-010 and can be ordered from a honda dealer. The cost here in MD was $10.16 and arrives in 3-4 days. The problem was corrected on 2008 models starting with Vin #701301. | I never seem to have good luck with flags. I ordered two of these (6x9)for both of my flagpoles. I finally got a chance to take a long ride (about 100 miles) at highway speed, and one of them has already started to shred. The other one seems OK. I'll try ordering the cheaper one and see if I have any better luck with that. |

what can i say? it's great! you can even adjust it forward and rearward while riding. it folds down for the wife. you can adjust it up and down by changing bolt locations but i didn't need to. install was a breeze, (I had a nice long knife at hand ) after a thousand miles i can't remember how i rode without it. my trip to maine is going to be alot better thanks to utopia and thanks to wingstuff you guys rock!!! |

| This backrest is the best. I had another backrest but could not use it with the addition of a side car, because of the mounting brackets. After the first ride it was very evident that this backrest was much better than the previus one that I had. The bars on the other backrest never bothered my wife untill they were't there any more. Now she says the ride is much more comfortable.The seat cutting is the biggest obstacle to get over. |
