| I usally love Kuryakyn products and the jury is still out...but two things at 5'10" it hits me high in the back and there is no support in th lumbar region. Like other it sits me too straight up with no adjustmetn to tilt it back. Secondly as careful as I have been moving it to adjust it some chrome has already chipped. 3 stars for now. I'll have to look for some lumbar support if I keep this on the wing. |
| I put K&N filters on all of my vechiles. I haven't notice a big change in power but Im comforted knowing I have a good product. |
| Man I really like my drink holder. It was pricey and the cup wasn't leak proof enough like my silver Starbucks cup. But Im happy that it looks good and it holds my coffee in place on the way to work in the early cold mornings! |
| Was looking at the other options… all over $100. Figured for $30… why not. It works great. No volume control like the $100 options, but save $70! There are NO instructions. (Unless mine were missing) However, it couldn’t be easier to install. Pull the seat and find the plug. There are two plugs under the seat that fit… one works… one doesn’t. Be sure you try it before you reinstall the seat. (4 stars 'cause NO instructions) |
| Instruction are SAD. I mean real SAD. First I couldn’t even see the pictures. They send you a copy of a copy of a copy. If you go to the manufacture’s website you can at least print off a legible copy. But still… even once you can read them it’s still not a walk in the park. I had to not only lower the mufflers (as in the instructions) I had to remove the saddlebag bolts to swing the bags slightly over to get the bar to attach. It’s a great product… better instructions would earn it “five stars”. |
| I purchased this for my 89 1500 for a trip. We went to Death Valley where the temps were 92 degrees. When we were coming back, we went through both rain and snow. It kept everything nice and dry. Capacity is very good. I have 2 fold down flags mounted on the very back of the rack. These helped make sure that it stayed in place although I'm sure the velcro straps that connect it to the rack would have done just fine. Highly recommended to extended trips. |
| These were a very nice addition to my 1500. Although the instructions were a little unclear, the installation went fairly well. Sure added a touch of class to the old 89 1500. |
| Perfect match. It looks like it is part of the original bike. Gives me great back support. I recommend it to all goldwing riders. |
| I put these on my 07 wing and my wife loves them, she has a place to put her drink cup. you just have to remember to swing them out of the way to open the trunk. |

This is good stuff. Similar to Plexus, but not quite the same. I think this stuff is good for the price, but if I were rich I would buy the Plexus. It would be nice if the snap on tops weren't brittle plastic (all of mine have broken). And the spray nozzles on these cans seem to be rather low quality, they spit and sputter as much as they "spray" |

Good, just like the picture, but missing the flag pole tabs (I don't care). Hard to find good places to hook bungees on. After taking apart the trunk lid and drilling my holes to put this in I decided that I wouldn't put anything more heavy than a sleeping bag and a bedroll and maybe a pillow on top of the rack. You may end up with some broken plastic in your lid if you tried to go any heavier. It should include bigger washers and thicker/wider/softer rubber washers and longer screws for the mounting hardware. Also after looking at this... I think a better solution than a rack would be to mount a few rare earth magnets on the underneath the inside of the trunk lid. Then on the outside mount a skin tight carbon-fiber "tub", with a few thin silicone rubber no slip pads underneath and some iron slug plates inside of it that that the magnets would latch onto. This would be much lighter than any of the racks, easy to add/remove anytime, and would keep the COG lower, and be easier to secure items in. |

Yes, it attaches to the tubular luggage rack very securely. (Rack Item # AO451805 ). But I wouldn't say that it "fits". However, surprise, surprise, this bag fits in the backseat of the bike PERFECTLY, with my backrest in place. And the strong velcro straps on the side of this bag go around the passenger handgrips so perfectly, that I would think this bag was designed to do just that. If you are riding solo most of the time, and want to keep your luggage weight in a good location, this bag on the passenger seat is *GREAT*!! But for my luggage rack (basically my sleeping bag, pillow, and bedroll rack). I think I will be getting something a little less bulky. |
