very nice product for the price. we where suprised how much you can put in the bag and still have it fit into the saddle bag. well made.
another MUST HAVE! item for yor wing. easy install.
GREAT ADD ON. EASY TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND INSTALL.
AWSOME! LOOK GREAT,EASY INSTALL FOR A GOOD PRICE!
I ordered two of these for my 2007 wing. I installed one in the engine and had intended to install the other in the final drive drain opening and to my suprise Honda beat me to it. I saw a comment on placing a circular magnet on the oil filter - great idea also.
I purchased two of these about 8 months ago and finally decided to drill the holes in the fairing doors. I installed one each on the left and right doors on my 2007 Goldwing. The Pouches are well made and the additional storage is great. They are easily removable and do not seem to interfere with the fairing door operation.
Nice Custom look. Easy install and comfortable to use. Chrome fit and finish well done.
Wife is in love with these boards. Installs using the factory screws and springs. Be carefull not to break a screw head as I did ($200 for Honda to remove). Even when riding with the pegs out, I don't even feel her feet.
Very comfortable. I bought these last year and finally put them on last month. Unfornuately, these are not the plug and play style of lighted accessory that has been a wonderful thing that the 1800 owners enjoy. Also, the wire leading out from the boards is very short, measuring only a foot (if that). I ended up haveing a installer install them due to not being sure where to tap into a power source. We hooked them up to the directionals and blink in the fashion. There is also no real good way to conceal the wiring but, they are very bright and due add that nice extra side directional.

VERY easy to install, instructions were sufficiently detailed and methodical. Liked the "how to position" advice in the instructions for optimal wind intake or aversion. Dissappointed that no rubber bumper pads were included like those found with the Baker Adjustable Hand Wings set. When fully closed these get too close to the fairing paint for my comfort and over time, I am sure the vibration from wind and road surface bumps will cause scratches and/or gouges. Guess the idea would be not to close them too far to prevent the rubbing from occurring in the first place. |
Just put them (Jun '07) so haven't experienced their effect during winter mornings but they do deflect wind quite well and help reduce buffeting at highway speeds.
Easy install.First "non-functional" peice I added but the looks are great.
