| I am a 25 year mechanic. I installed these and was very happy with them, until day two when I discovered that the left lower mount that mounts the highway peg to my engine crash bar had just snapped leaving the peg flopping around on my crash bar. I e-mailed customer service with no response after 2 days. I called today and was told to go to policys tab. I just wanted a new lower mount sent with out alot of hastle so that I could get back to riding. It does not appear that I will be enjoying my new highway pegs anytime soon. frustrated in Virginia !
