| The air deflectors worked great. Closed on cool morinings and open on top in the afternoon. Installation took about 20 minutes. If you have highway pegs, you do have to readjust so your legs are not wrapped around the deflectors. You do get a little heat if your legs are stretched out from under the bottom wing. Well worth the money. |
| I have just returned from a 1000 mile trip. In the mornings the hand wings were closed. Very little wind on the hands. In the afternoon they were opened and directed good air flow towards me. The only problem was they did move some when heavy wind hit me cross ways or passing a semi on a 2 lane road. Good investment. |

This is another great additon to my bike. Great looks and style. I'm disappointed that the screws and instructions didn't match my 2008 GL1800. They did not match in size and depth. I spent too much time and effort trying to figuare out why I had items left over after completion. I can only hope Kuryakyn keeps with with the changes in the industry. |
| Nice replacements. Not needed though unless you are Chroming out your bike. |

These fit perfectly. These are a Must even if you aren't chroming out your bike. It just makes the bike look better overall. Don't go cheap with this item, get this one as it fits right and looks great. |
| Expensive but very high quality, the cheaper one may work very well, but we bought the best bike so.... |
| Bought this 2 weeks ago for my trip from N.C. to Savannah Ga then to Gatlinburg Tn and back to N.C.. Bag worked great. Although I did load it down with more than 5 lbs, it held up great. The attachment system they have worked fine. Just wrapped the velcro around the luggage rack and the long flaps on bottom of bag held tight. Great product. Recommend it for anyone taking a long trip. |
| Easy to install, good quality at a decent price, go for it ;-) |

I was able to locate the proper wires using a wiring diagram for the 2005 GL1800 (I have model year 2008). I have posted the portion of the wiring diagram you need at: https://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f185/smattos/2005GL1800RearTurnSignalLightWiring.jpg |
| I like this extender it has been functional as well as attractive! |
| I think these look great on my Goldwing and are very stylish,I can't wait to order the new full covered chrome shark radiator vents. |
| Installed this product along with a new spoiler on my 06' wing. I along with others found the wiring incorrect in the trunk. The white plug is the correct plug to use even though the instructions indicated use the red. (Red was hot all the time.) The remainder of the connections were as per the instructions. Just a note for those not aware where the other connections are...you have to remove the section of rear fender between the saddlebags to access the connections. To me the instructions were not real clear on this part. Other than that issue it was a pretty easy install. I really like the looks and function. Worth the extra work. |
