| Don't waste you money on this. I put it on last weekend and went for a ride. About 20-miles down the road I could hear a scraping sound. The front part had bent down and was scraping the highway. Get a one piece instead. |
| ... watch out, I just received mine, badly scratched, paint chunks broken off, bolts loose in the package. Obviously a used part, not brand new. This will go back. |
| Installed back in July. Easy to install and does look good but the flag does wrap around the antenna almost constantly. The flag is a little small for my liking so I removed the whole thing. |
| Went from the sweptback windshield to this. Have not taken any long trips yet. However, during a few short juants, the windshield help up well. No noticeable buffeting. Much better than the stock windshield. I'll write back again with a better update deeper into the riding season. |
| I recently added my review and am now reading others. The instructions do suck,but the pictures from others helped.It is not necessary to loosen exhaust on all models.Take off rear floor boards and chrome guards.Take out the 1 bolt that holds the saddle bags to the frame.It was easier to get the upper supports on the rear by removing the plastic mud flap that is under rear seat.Then install on main bar and reinstall the mud guard.It is true that the 4 last bolts are kind tough.I did mine in about an hour. |
| Just installed this hitch on my 09 Wing. DIRECTIONS SUCKED! I felt this item had fabrication issues. The holes didn't line up correctly. These items are sold as "bolt on" and as such, shouldn't require the modifications, prying or manhandling, I and others had to do, to get it to fit. My rear license plate panel doesn't fit right due to the prying I had to do to get the bolts threaded. I installed a Dauntless hitch on my BMW and had no problems whatsover. The only reason for three stars is the cheap price. |
| This was great from keeping things from bouncing on any plastic trunks which create bumpy noise. |

It is a great organiser in the trunk for my emergency kit, micro LED flashlight, parts and flat tire kit. I was easy to install after I install my rear spoiler. We both have half style helmet and unfortunately we don't have the problem other's have with full face helmet. I highly recommend for organizing motorcycle and personal thing and do not plan to store two full face helmets. |

Description for this item states that it is designed to fit any motorcycyle with a trailer hitch. This is untrue because it does not fit mine. My receiver is wider that the sleeve so it can't fit on top. My receiver has loops for the chains to hook onto so it can't fit on the bottom. Appears to be good quality but worthless it you can't install it on your bike |
