I bought these here in Newfoundland and they really spruce up the sides of the goldwing. They were easy to install, took around a 1/2 hour. Also bought the louvered scuff covers but havn,t put them on yet.

#2 REVIEW. AFTER 2 YEARS THE GOLD FADED OUT ALMOST COMPLETLY. I REMOVED THEM FROM EACH SIDE OF THE TRUNK TO INSTALL THE CHROME LIGHTED EAGLES. THEY DID NOT FIT FOR TOO MUCH CURVE IN THE EAGLE EMBLEMS. DOES NOT FIT ON A FLAT SURFACE. |
I REMOVED MY BANGED UP SOLID ALUMINUM BELLY PAN AND INSTALLED THE STAINLESS STEEL BELLY PAN. I AM WELL SATISFIED WITH THIS. I GIVE IT FIVE STARS.
Just the ticket, but make sure you add the risers, makes cleaning a lot easier
Rack looks good on bike. Easy install. The mounting post weld are not the best. I thick they will hold OK, but could have been welded better.
Awesome product!!! Instructions were pretty straight forward and thorough, but Kuryakyn needs to come up with a better style shifter bushing. I had the same binding problem that others had but I filed the top and bottom of the bushing and lubed it with white lithium grease and it solved the binding problem. Other then that, I love the look and comfortable feeling.
BUY THIS COVER it,s light and strong and well worth the money,a good deal.
I followed the instructions to figure out where to install it. I didn't find the 'X' as the instructions said to look for. I found a picture on line showing the installed plug and on my 06 Wing, there is a dot with a circle around it not an 'X'. Look for the mark on the outside front inboard 45 degree pannel on the pocket. I used a 1 1/8" hole saw from the hardware store that is good for wood and metal. It cut a perfect hole, use some caution and go slow for a clean cut. It works well and is a usefull for all of those little things that need power like the MP3 player.
These are a nice addition and cover those ugly front rotors. It really brightens up the front wheel.Took me a couple of hours to install, once i figured out the instructions
