Once installed on the bike you will like this hitch. It's sturdy and the back plate is easily removed for tire service. Why three stars? Because the bolt on mounting clips that hold the chrome attachment pieces to the case guards had the bolt holes drilled incorrectly on one of the pieces. Had to do some metal working to get the parts to fit.
