Does not fit rack, so why give it five stars? The received this bag today, planing to use it for cats-cade. The bag looks and feels great, good quality, plenty of room, loads of pockets and rain cover. I was very pleased, until I went to try it on. My GL1800 came with the hondaline rack, phew waste of space. wingstuff.com/pgroup_detail/173_Luggage_Racks/44_GL1800_Hondaline_Chrome_Trunk_Rack/?goto=%2Fpgroup_list%2Fgl1800%2F173_goldwing_Luggage_Racks%2F The bag is about two times two large for this rack, the bag just slides and hangs off the back. Unable to use. I like the bag so much I would even swap my rack out for this one. https://wingstuff.com/pgroup_detail/3122_GL1800_Deluxe_Chrome_Luggage_Rack_SALE But the holes would be different and I would end up with spare holes/marks in the trunk. Anyone know how to extend the hondaline rack to get it too work? |

Update: After one season, the hardware is rusting. Very disappointing! |
Purchased helmet in January of 2009. Went down in March of 2009. Head hit the pavement, but did not sustain a head injury. Very comfortable but more importantly very safe.
You definately need something to cover that drab plastic in the trunk and bags. This product gives a nice look and feel to both areas. They are slightly too big, but the fit is OK. Great product for the price.
This is an excellent product. It allows you neatly store stuff and not have them rolling around in your trunk or bags. Fit is not quite 100%, maybe 98%, but 5 stars anyway.
Its ok but the one that has the 17mm hole in handle end to remove bung plug is likely a better deal.
Works very well to charge gps unit. Install was fairly easy. Unit's length behind the pocket made for a tight fit.
Looks great on the black cherry. Install is easy. Offers great protection against bugs and debris on the nose. Embroidery has become dark and dingy and I haven't found a good way to clean it.
I had a cheap plug install tool but now have this high quality kit! I think its a must have item for everyone who owns a motorcycle.
Nice Compressor! Lots of power connection options. I like the carry case for keeping everything in together. Could end up saving me hours of waiting on the roadside for a tow truck.
Best 10 bucks you'll most likely ever spend!
just received the floorboards and highway boards today. snap to install, only problem now I have to get a different kickstand. Love that chrome
