| PHENOMINAL! My buddy and I put the regular height units on our bikes. 6000+ miles from Vegas through Denver and Savannah to the southern most point in Key West. Brutal rain and sand storms. Not a single scratch on them! Though we never used a gas station squigee, I did use the rain-x window cleaner and treatment. The OEM windshield scratched on the first cleaning on last years trip to Anchorage. I was hesitant to purchase due to the price and some of the reviews I had seen. Overall I'm extremely happy with this product and would definitely buy another one if this one ever gets to the point it has to be replaced. Well worth the $$$. Also rumor has it that the WS showroom has an OEM and F4 windshield display where they use windshield wipers and steel wool. It would be kind of cool for them to post that video with the product description. |
| Nice product. Looks great on the bike. |
| This is an excellent product. Really comes in handy for small or loose items. |
| I bought the black one because I have a black wing and wanted the chrome trim to accent the keyhole area. The black was DULL and didn't come close to matching bike. It would be a shame to put this on my bike. |
| I will call this install "BLOOD ON THE WING" in honor of barney millers "BLOOD ON THE BADGE" spoof book, the pan is good quality stainless that will definitely do the job. Install was bloody as the edges are as sharp as razors, at least you cannot feel the cuts, you just see the blood, 4 stars because directions are lacking they should include a link to youtube video instruction on install, it makes all the difference in fitting the pan behind the side bolts, v=lBU2ib84uMM is the video you want on you tube, dzus bolts sux but they work after a number of attempts, use a little permatex red or blue on the acorn nuts as you can see the original install at the factory had some on the threads. Over all very happy as I know it will protect the underbelly of the WING. I like it, 30 minute simple install after video review. Acorn nuts are 10mm. |
| I installed these yesterday and have to say they were very easy to add to the bike. They look good and do make a large difference in the wind flow. I wish I had gotten them sooner. |

Ram Mounts are simply the best, most versatile reconfigurable mounting system devised. I have my Zumo on the left side handlebar, with this short arm and my video camera on the right side handlebar with the 4 inch arm along with my beverage butler drink holder mount. The mounts are stable, I am able to get good pictures and video from the camera while riding. NOTE: I don't believe that winstuff sells it, but you can buy a locking wingnut to replace the standard ones that come with the arms from Ram. I got two keyed alike one for each side so I'm able to easily adjust them anytime I need to and still lock them so the arms can't be dismounted and the mountings stolen - at least not without destroying the arms. There is no more versatile mounting system out there. I'm confident you will be satisfied. |

I love this cover! You will have to remove the little ring on the remote, but the larger ring that the key goes through can still be used. The cover fits the remote perfectly, and keeps it from marking up the key area on your dash. I can't imagine riding with the key fob attached to your ignition key without this rubber protector. |

This is an update to my original review dated 05-08-2008. Well, I've had these for over a year now, and the 'drifting' in wind gusts seems to have stopped. After repeated, and I mean repeated tightening down, they finally have stabilized. I used them during the winter and must agree that they keep your hands much warmer than without them. My opinion has improved on these and I can give them a qualified endorsement with the caveat that you must really tighten them down using TWO wrenches - one on the bolt that runs up into the mirror and one on the nut that tightens the arm with the wing on it. If you don't, you will strip out the mirror. I carried the two wrenches in my trunk to make adjustments while on the road. |
| Installation was fairly simple . adds lots of flash to the back of the bike. |
