After reading all the reviews and noticing that all rated this product a 5 star, right on to you all. To all of you skepics who stick with OEM stuff, no problem. You have a OEM running bike that can get you from point A to point B, how boring. I've always replaced my OEM parts with after market because they are usually better and I make all my bikes run better than stock. Switching to the K&N filter has always been the first thing I replace and being a past dyno operator, I've seen the HP this product puts out on no matter what its put on. You will notice the performance improvement on your wing right off the bat and if you have a trike or pull a trailer, than it is an advantage you need to have for more passing speed. Along with a few other OEM replacement mods I have added 20 extra BHP to my 07 GL1800 and backed by a dyno run of 113HP at the rear wheel. 98HP is what the OEM bike puts out.
Nice. Perfect.
This is a must for the install, makes it a breeze. Agree with the rest, this should be included with the original purchase. One set completes the entire install.

Mixed review on this product. Bought both the trunk and saddlebag LED light sets through Wingstuff. Installed the saddlebag sets and the last one I attempted to put on would not tighten down. The bolt threads on the trim had not taken when it was produced. Called Wingstuff to see if they could send me a new piece. Well, its sad to say but they wanted me to remove my 2 1/2 hour install job, box it up and send it to them to complete a return. Talked to a manager and he wanted me to order the entire set again, pay for it, and then they would ship it to me. Once I received the box I was to remove the part I needed and then send everything back with the bad part included. Well I didn't want to wait a week to put my bike back together so I declined their offer and called Kuryakyn. Spoke with a sales agent there and they are sending me the part out with two day shipping. Thanks Kuryakyn!! As for the product, the lights do look great but the holes the screws go into are thin plastic so use caution. Kuryakyn needs to do some updating on this part and I would give it 5 stars.. |
Easy install and looks great.

WIth a yellow bike in the ad for the gills - it was a natural for my yelloe bike. Added these along with the air intake grills and wow, what a nice accent to the front of the bike. working on getting about another $ 300.00 of bling yet to come! I have not noticed any heat tranference to my legs this summer. |
Just what I needed to keep the sun off the leather seat in the summer time. Quick to grab, cover, and uncover. Stores nicely in trunk or saddlebag.
I installed this product with no problems and it looks great with its shiny vented stainless steel finish and will keep the air from getting up under the bike, but it won't do the job of protecting the underside as the vents will get smashed. I was expecting this product to be thicker as stainless steel usually is. I installed a lowering kit and my main reason for buying this belly pan was to cushion the blows from curbs and speed bumps and protect the underside. Guess this product ain't gonna let it happen.
This product works in every way as advertized. I cannot believe how out of balance my tires were and only lasting 9,000 miles due to bad tire cupping. And too my surprise, the balancers not only stopped the cupping from getting worst, but is smoothing the cupping outand making the tire smooth again after just 1,200 miles of riding. Unbelievable. A silky smooth ride and rock solid stability in a straight line or in a high speed curve, like riding on a rail. If you have a bad cupping problem then you have a serious tire balance problem. This product will cure it, I can attest to that. Centramatic will just about double your tire mileage and is the best product I ever bought.
Bought these tires and put about 9,000 miles on them. Vibration started on the bike and wobbling. Took them off to check them. The rear tire was cupping and splitting. Will NOT buy these again.
installed mine last week with the extenders, went on very well by doing one hole at a time lined up through the riser holes, used larger rubber and fender washer on the inside, pretty much matches the size of the risers. Chrome could be better but it sure looks good and will work to keep things handy on the way to Fairbanks.
great cover, very good quality and packs way smaller than my full cover, covers what needs covering and gets you on the road fast.
