Installed them into my Fulmer helmets for both mine and my girlfriends helmets, you have to really crank the music to hear it, and I am worried about blowing the speakers, so I am going to try what the previous installer said, and install some foam behind the speakers to push them closer to ears. Trial fit where you put the double back tape for the microphone to get the mike in the right place in front of your mouth. This thing works great for traveling with your co-rider, helps the converating greatly, and the gold wing allow you to turn off the voice activation when you don't want to hear background noise over your music. Over 80, road and wind noise affects the volume of the music considerably, but it may just be the helmet I am using.
Looks great and I love the long sleeves for riding in the summer, the red white and blue flames on the sleeves are killer.

Works great on my Bushtec trailer w/cooler on front once I moved my cooler stand back a little on the tongue. Just wish they made it with gold patches on the sides to match my gold wing cover.
Just ordered one, Thanks for the tip about the blue ice instead of ice cubes. Will let you know about the seams later.
Just installed a set of these along with the centramatic balancers on my 06 wing. I only got about 15000 miles with the origional Dunlops wich were very worn out a cupped when I replaced them. I have been a Dunlop rider for years, but the Stones reviews were better, so I went with these. I did put the 70 on the back, and I am happy so far!! Will let you know how these last in comparison with the 250's.
Very Nice. Easy install, Took about 2 hours. Only 4 stars cause the bolts were really cheap. Broke 1 with very litte effort. I still feel it is a good product, I like the look and would buy it again.
Just installed the new powder coated balancers on my 2006 goldwing. So far they work great with the balancing of the tires, will see what kind of milage I get out of the Bridgestones I installed with them. Took on the challenge to change my own tires with a good friend who is also a GWRRA associate, and he showed me alot about installing tires, make sure you know what you are doing before you try this yourself. Would have been nice if they had paperwork or stamps in the center that states which side goes next to the rim. I read many reviews about the paint problems others were having, and I love the powder coat, will see how they hold up to the hear and rain of the South Carolina weather. Will keep you informed with the status.
Very nice luggage rack. It is a bit tricky to install, Take your time and I recomend buying the risers, because they give you greater Hole coverage so if you have to elongate the holes (and you will) the wide base will cover the holes. Looks really good on my wing.
This thing was easy to install, and plugged right in to my wiring of the bike under the glove box. Just be careful when removing the box, the little push pins are easy to loose when pulling the box out. Easy to use with any accessory you want to plug into it.
Have ordered these twice so far both sets have a large gap at bottom to where the foam does not even touch.

As stated in the earlier posts the install was more than you would anticipate. I chose these over the other types because they don't (IMO) look as bulky as those. Helps keep that area of the bike cleaner looking. Also saw these on another Wing and my wife got to test sit them thought they were very comfortable. |
