Needed something there. Looks good. Seem to stick pretty tight. I'm not sure what some have said, "that they need to bend it to fit the contour". It's plastic, not metal.
This is a high quality piece of chrome. Metal not platic. It looks great along with the rest of the chrome.
Looks great along with the panel accent I put on last year. Good fit, easy install.
Great product. Easy to install.Your choice to have it swivel or remain stationary. Remember to turn the spacer around if you don't want it to swivel. When you tighten it, it will lock in place.Just follow easy to install directions.Use the skinny insert for all cup sizes.
I have 90,000 miles on my Wing. I have run Brigestone (1 set, Dunlop Elite 2 (2 sets),Dunlop elite 3 (2 Sets), Metzler (1 Set),and the Avons I'm running now. By far the Avons are the worst tires I have ever run on any bike I have owned in 500 K of riding. They started to cup at 4 K, started a front end wobble at 5 K, and now the wobble is so bad at 6,500 I have to change tires. I have had the steering bearings checked and have been told it is definitley the tires. I'm going back to Dunlop 3's I don't care if they do sing in the curves their the best I've run so far.
The hitch itself is first rate..Installation a bit awkward at times but I'm an amateur at this kind of thing..The only real gripe I have is the tail light/hitch tongue cutout. Think I overdid it..wasn't sure of how big it was supposed to be even with template..I think that it's the most critical of the process and it could have a lot more specific on what part of the template is to be actually cutout..Overall I'm satisfied with product..
bought these to make key covers for the right locking box and gas lid locks. with extra key blanks and jb weld they make a nice look to cover the key slots. already had two for the radio and they look great as well
had the same for two years, one went bad due to switching from one helmet to another. i pinched one of the speaker cords so i will buy additional ones in the future for the other helmets. so be very careful when installing not to do as i did. have nothing bad to say about the sound quality, i feel it is excellent.
install is as others have stated. really looks good against the titanium paint on my wing. will see how it holds up, leaving on a 2200 mile trip on saturday, should give it a good workout.
Or at least a better product.
I have a 2008 Goldwing. I have had this bike just over a year and have replaced the bulbs twice already and have another one blown now. It is time consuming to replace these bulbs. The last time was just two month old, there has got to be a better solution to this problem.

Like many others, I was wary about cutting my seat, but with the instructions and careful attention to detail, it was a breeze for me. But, although easy for me, if you are not particularly handy in wrenching, I'd have someone who's installed one before or have a dealer do it. Mistakes can be made. As for the seat, I love it. I've taken a trip since installation and it's wonderful. I had a Markland backrest which worked well but got in the way of the passenger's legs. Plus, the Utopia looks much better than having all of the hardware with the Markland. 5+ Stars for sure! |
