I had to send back the first set as I could not add the plate in where the ball bearing tracks. Second set worked like a charm. Love them, I mgith even ride back there... Thanks to the earlier reviews I knew the could be a possible problem so I didn't panic. Thanks to all! Keep up the reviews.

One allen screw was unthreaded (just a metal shaft with hex hole on one end) One pin-lok had stripped threads. Another was previously cross-threaded, so actually there were only 10 usable loks in the bag. Other than that, it's a great product and most of my vest pins are securely fastened in place now. Having 2 bad ones out of 12 is why I only rate it 3 stars. I'm buying a 2nd pack to secure the rest of my pins. |

I replaced older J&M headsets with this model. I would not do it again. The mass of wires and plugs makes installation frustrating. The 8 pin to 5 pin additional cord requirement seems to be J&M's method of selling more cords. The old headsets performed well and were all one piece. Audio quality and mikes are ok for intercom, but not for music. |
Expensive junk. Cord wouldn't even plug into it. The helmet cord plugs into all other Goldwing sockets.
After 2400 km on my brand new GW the rear trunk had already started rubbing. Some thing I had been warned about by friends. Took about 20 minutes to drill the holds utilizing the templates supplied. The rubbing has completingly stopped. Highly recommend this product.
Adds a nice touch to the back end of the bike.
The fit is perfect. Now I can put stuff back there with out worrying about it rolling around and getting scratched. Well worth the cost.
I originally had the leg wings in black and changed to the red to better suit the bike. I love em!! They're great all year long. I have everything from the hand wings all the way down to the leg wings. Wouldn't ride without em!!
Second set of stones on my 03 Goldwing.went with a 70 on the back this time and now my speedo is more correct.would not go to any other type of tire.I agree with all the reviews.
My bike is under warranty. If it gets all messed up, they fix it, for Free!
I'm giving Wig-Wag Brake Modulator only 4 Stars, primarily because the maunufacture Signal Dynamics Corp (SDC) instructions were horrible at best. I wrote SDC after reading their Sales Rep review, who stated back in 2009 SDC was writing installation instructions for Goldwings. Sad to report, but just another pretty face telling us what we want to hear. Needless to say SDC did not write instructions, however my fellow GL1800 riders group web page did add in their "Step-by-step" section instructions and your reviewers notes, won the day and I was able to install the "Wig-Wag" in about three hours. Again Wing Stuff was quick on the delivery and great customer service. Too bad SDC hasn't taken a page from your play book! Take care and thank you for the great products at a fair price!
I added Velcro to the bottom of the mats. They look good and help protect carry on items.
