| I ride the Wing very aggressively and these are the best of all the others, even at twice the price. I hate to say that I only get about 9,000 miles out of a set but they grip and that is the cost of excellent grip. I only got 8500 miles out of the D250's and E3's were about the same except they roar so loud that I'll never run them again. |
| Excellent pegs but I'll agree that the instructions stink. I think the biggest problem I got into is when it told me to separate the right and left pieces. They are not identified anywhere on the parts and there is nothing in the instructions to distinguish them. After I put them on, looked at it, then switched sides, all was good. Love the pegs. Love the way they adjust, love how they lock in place, and love how versatile they are. And you will not grind them if you ride hard in the twisties! If you scrape these, your scraping your engine guards. |
| I just finished installing this backrest. It took about 1 hour to complete the install. If you watch the Steve Saunders Youtube video for the installation of this seat you will have it all figured out. The only trouble I had was getting the screws to thread through the brace and into the vertical bar that you push through the seat. The screws are very flat and tough to get started. I found that using a wooden dowel to pust through one of the holes to help hold the pieces in alignment while installing the other screw helped a lot. Overall a VERY easy install. I am not even mechanically talented. I just had the guts to cut into my own seat. That is all it takes. The seatback is very comfortable and looks great on the bike. |
| I took it out on the road-freeway after I have slip these gadget on and it puts me in a more control sensation. That's because the grip has gotten fatter and it feel more secure maneuvering the handle bar. Its like these big truck tractors with a fat steering wheel - it make you feel easy driving this rig like a normal vehicle. |
| Man-o-Man this is an excellent product and I agree with other comment that it does does not have enough bass - it's reasonable. It all depends on what type of music your listening to and if your listening to Jazz like we do it's excellent. The communication between me and my wife is loud and clear. It does beat listen on the speaker. |

For the dollars spent on the Boards, worth every penny. Easy to install and did use a little extra grease to hold the spring and ball. Excellent Quality and Comfort for my Passenger. I also noticed that when she is resting on the foot pegs, I have acquired a set of armrest for myself. Try it!!!! p.s. one arm at a time |
| Liked the look, she loves them, dont try to loosen the hand rail bolts with a allen wrench, get a good attachment type to get the leverage you will need. |
| This is great for the "short" passenger and or the long rides. A must have item. |

work very well and not sloppy like some of the models for the old 1500 wing. floorboard is very spacious , lots of room for my big feet anyway . the brake pedal is positioned very well to be able to apply your brake without lifting your right foot . all around a very well worth investment to add a look of chrome that is productive. only drawback is the sidestand , you need to lift the board up to put it down even with the chrome kuryakyn one. |
| I've had these on for several months and the wife likes them also. BUT, I don't know what to do about them loosening up. I've taken the chrome cap off and tightened the top nut and then really put allot of pressure on the bottom one to snugged it up tight. When the wife gets on she moves them away as I do when I open the trunk and after about 10 times it's loose again so that when I ride alone they swing out away from the bike. Maybe a star washer or lock washer between the two nuts ?? Any ideas on how to correct that would be very helpful. |

| Besides being a nice addition, this is one accessory that is actually worth buying. The meter lets you know instantly when there is a problem the alternator output so you can do what you need to do to get where you are going. |
