Installed as suggested and all went well. I have one on every bike. Very nice product!
You must use silicone adhesive with these.
I think they fixed the package issue or I just have learned to take my time. I bought a lot of Show Chrome stuff. I first cut the item away from the card board like I'm filleting a fish, and then slowly peel away the plastic. Never a problem... I love the look! The instructions for mounting are very clear. Even the Honda shop manual suggests the same procedure. Starting at the bottom for removal and pinching it to the outside and working your way to the top. Install is the opposite procedure. Mine have been removed and reinstalled 3 times. Once by me, once by Hollister Honda for my K and N, and once by Don the WingNut for springs and bearings. NO problems for any of us.

Very nice touch to a chrome front end.
I bought these because I didn't want the extra light and they look fantastic. I used extra silicone to help with the install!
Very nice look, I used some clear silicone adhesive to assist in the install and taped it down overnight.
I love the look. I used a thin coat hangar wire to fish the wire up to the signal. Install was easy!
I had to install this twice. Bad OEM tape. Get a roll of the outdoor two sided tape and clamp it down over night with rags and small plastic clamps.
