This was easy to install and work. It would not work with my arai helmet cable to the wing but it did hook up to my J&M cable headset. Was not happy about that. But on the other hand it works fine with the J&M head set for my Hjc-31 helmet with the #HS-8146-of 5 pin headset. The volume control is sensitive lightly turn. and the button works fine also. It only works with the CB to talk will not work on Phone calls threw the GPS. Its nice to be able to have my CB up to hear it and low for the passenger. I am gi |

I got over cutting the slit in my seat after reading all the reviews on this backrest on three different forums, including on here. I also ordered the optional removeable mount from Utopia as I wanted to be able to completely remove the backrest and have a clean seat. The install took me about an hour as I tend to work slow and be very careful. All went well and I must say the install looks as factory as any I've ever seen. When removed, the cover flap looks like it was factory built into the seat. Oh, and I had also watched the online video before I did the install. |

| Fit and finish just fine. These things are heavy now i dont know how long they will last ... only time will tell. The install is pretty simple...but they are a little pricy. |
| These grip covers are the best I used a little silicone lubricant and they slipped right on. I can feel the heat from my grips with no problem. The grip size is now perfect and comfortable. You can't go wrong for the price. |

A great fit for the GL1800. Should have been factory provided, but I had to install my own on my GL1200A whenI bought new also. No issues with installing. Follow instructions precisely and all will go just fine. |
| works pretty good until about 6 months the chrome started to peel, don't like the swing out to open the trunk, waiting for something better. other than that my passenger loves them |
| Just finished mounting mine to my seat. As everyone has said measure, measure and measure again. I don't have my seat on my Goldwing, we still have snow on the ground. I will upload some photos to my gallery that show you how it works if you have never seen it in action. Can't wait to try it out! |

| Looks great. Pretty easy install; took about 45 minutes. Hardest part was running the wires to the mirror locations -- I eventually took out the pockets and that sped it up significantly. DEFINITELY the red and green wires should be reversed from what the instructions say, otherwise the running lights would be brighter than the turn signals. For newer GWs, the optional wiring adapter makes it plug & play, plus you get an extra pigtail for additional lighting accessories (waiting for my Muth mirrors). One star off for the reversed wiring colors in the instructions, plus you do lose the reflector capability. These are lights only -- but they're visible in daylight, so not too bad. |
