A great addition to the bike, don't forget a timing cover to go with it. Like most reviewers it does take a little fannaggeling (is that an actual word?)to get on, but very well worth effort. Looks fantastic.
Wife loves these armrests. Fifteen minutes into our three hour journey, she was fast asleep. She felt very secure. I like the fact that they raise up & out of the way, instead of outwards. Well worth the wait for these high quality armrests. Thank you Rivco & Winstuff.
No question these bearings corrected the GL1800 front fork wobble and provided a huge difference in stability. The front end corners so sweet I can not even find the words to describe it. I am talking slow speed as well, no more uncertainty while crusing for a parking spot in the parking lot. Total control.
damm good for long road trips good construction easy to install also looks good [black]yes

WOW! Pretty much sums up the difference between before and after install. I have noticed a significant improvement in the ride (I ride more than 35,000 miles a year) as well as in tire wear. Interestingly enough, I am noticing an improvement (e.g., around 10% combined mileage) in fuel mileage as well. This makes sense as the bike runs smoother with perfectly balanced tires. 5 Stars! |
lucky me got them when i got the bike so they where put on for me but look good as for trying them dont know and never will never take the back seat
$135 BUCK'S for the whole set thats cool $450 for the same set in oz even with postage thats good
one word NICE
True, it is a very good effect. But be warned, it will show every imperfection in your windshield.
No complaint, just a heads up. They work, but are not equal to the oem in fit. Saddlebag liners are a bit smaller and quite a bit narrower, trunk liner leaves a fair amount of extra space around perimeter and on top. But that might come in handy for stashing stuff away. Decent quality materials, seems to be sturdy zippers.
Quality product, good fit, not a difficult install. Only complaints: my read of instructions had me dropping the exhaust pipe unnecessarily and some of the clamps are a bear to slip on for anyone without 3 arms. Maybe it was me, maybe not. Happy with the purchase regardless.

Answering Jim question on a car tire on the goldwing I installed a kumo run flat! got 30k on it and love it! Best thing I ever did to improve the ride! all around awsome! The rear tire improves the mi. on the front tire!! I run the Metzler on the front. got 16k on the front tire . just legal now changing it soon! |
