Great quality product. No doubt of what I ride now is. Right down to the colour!
Great for long rides and when turning on the cruise control isn't practicable.
Pricey but it's one of those "You get what you pay for" items. A must have addition to the Windbender in my opinion. The ability to adjust the windshield on the fly allows you to get the most from your Windbender under any riding condition. This newer version is a huge improvement over the old style electric option. Everything needed is supplied but a paper template to assist in locating the location to drill the two required holes would be a welcome addition. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because one of the wires wasn't crimped properly in the plug coming from the optional handlebar mounted switch and it fell out. I had to remove the pin from the connector and solder it.
I got the ST with electric option. Very happy with the windshield itself. It's a little noisier than the stock windshield, I found I'm running the stereo volume slightly higher. Excellent clarity and much improved buffeting reduction over the stock shield.
A lot more than I needed, however, a must for anyone doing any repair work on their bike. A great reference in order to determine if you have the skills to attempt the repair before doing it.

I like many others had to wait for about 4 weeks to receive these armrests, due to them being back ordered. The install was very easy, it took me a little over an hour but that was because I went over the directions about 10 times making sure all the measurements were correct. The arm rests themselves look wonderful, there is a little play in them from side to side but it is minimal. My wife loves the way they feel when they are down, arms are in a comfy position and says they are very sturdy and the pads are very comfortable as well (not hard blocks like a lot of them), likes that they can swing up out of the way when getting on and off. I like that you can open the trunk and they don't get in the way. The biggest thing that my wife doesn't like about them (and this is pretty much the only negative comment she has about them) is that she doesn't have the option of riding with them up. I've adjusted the brackets as far apart as you can and when they are up they hit her in the back, so unless she is leaning forward she can't ride with the arm rests in the up position. I've had these for about 2 months now. |
I like the stones. I ran 42 psi in both. Could not stand the low mileage out of the mct and now run a ct on the rear
Very nice
I'm 6'5 and these are a life saver or should I say a leg saver. Must have, can't believe I waited so long to purchase!

This has been one of the best investment for my goldwing. I had to remove it once to hammer out a ding from a rock. It took me about 15 minutes to put it on the first time, Less next time. You do not have to remove a screw one to change the oil either. If your experience handling problems in the wind get one. You will love it from now own. I would have had major damage from rocks if not for this belly pan.
