Very nice product. Slid right on and was set tight with a single blow with a small hammer. The set screw assures that it will not loosen up and fall off. I didn't have any problems with it hitting my heel. The instructions state there could be differences between the OEM kickstand and some filinf maybe needed. I didn't need to make any modifcations at all. I also liked the heavy duty weight and material it is made of. I highly recommend this, beats looking for pop can or some other alternative.
I have had this for 4 months and some of the lights have gone out. I thought the little led bulbs were suppost to last longer then most lights. The worse of it all now its clued to my front hood so to speak. I will contact WS next to see what they will do about it. I have never had a problem with Wing stuff so far. I selected 3 stars because I now have to remove it and I am not sure how to with it being glued to my chrome hood. Not happy.
Purchase the Kuryakyn GL1800 Gold Wing Ergo II Highway Pegs instead of these pegs. The foot rest on these “pegs” are too large! You can’t get comfortable with them. I have never been in stirrups in a Doctor’s Office, but I think this is what it would be like with these pegs. Plus these flat things look stupid on your bike. From the back, it looks like you have training wheels. Get the Ergo II pegs instead and you won’t go wrong.
Bought these lights in early April, did not receive them until late June. Installation instruction needs some work. The lights are OK. Installed with chrome cowl, in about 3-1/2 hours.
i have about 12000 miles on these and they feel like new and show hardly any wear. Sure I will get 20000 or more miles on these. My oem dunnies gave me 18000 but were severely cupped. Tried Avon but got 20000 but was cupped bad and down to the cords. Had thought about Bridgestone next but way these feel and are holding up will buy these again this fall. I ride the desert southwest everyday these are the best so far I have tried on my wing.
ok....first things first. These do not direct COOLER air towards you unless you have an air conditioner mounted on your bike. These direct AIR towards you which feels like a strong breeze. That being said I had the duals until I got tired of fixing the one my knee kept hitting and cracking. I am long legged and probably clumsy so that combination did not help. I then opted for the Mirror mounted wings and they work just as well and my kneed does not even come close. Plus I think they look better.
Getting ready to purchase the Rivco Hitch for my 06 Goldwing and was wondering if anyone out there knows of a way to lock the hitch to the frame assembly... would the standard Class 2 Trailer Hitch Dead Bolt work?
On fluids it is the only way to go with OEM fluids. And it is a good price from wing stuff.
Purchased this product from WingStuff at Wing Ding 33. Very easy to install. Dresses up the rear fender.

I would like to discuss the F4 Windshield and service. In June of 2010 I took a trip on my rig to NE and had just installed a tall F4 windshield. On I-25 south between Casper and Cheyenne two sets of flashing lights warned of high winds from the SW consisting of 45+ MPH with gusts to 85+. I continued my journey and bucked that wind from the right frontal side and 3 times was hit by a terrific force of wind (guessing the 85 MPH gusts which took me all the way from the right edge side of the freeway across the white line to the second lane to its far left edge). The F4 windshield was even buckling back in front of my face. It was very warped out of shape at times, probably with more force than ever tested. Recently I was changing out a mirror and pulling back the rubber skirting noticed about 1” fisher cracks had developed on the left side just into the holding frame. I was not concerned about it, but thought the F4 group should know about the stress put on the windshield and what happened. So on 7/11/11 I sent them an email. Within a day I was contacted back stating they would replace the windshield (and I had not asked them to do that) and to return the old all at their expenses. Kudos to the F4 bunch for such a quick reaction. Because of this, in the future I definitely will buy an F4 if I need another windshield. You just don’t find service like that anymore.
I purchased a set at Wing Ding 33 in Knoxville. I drove 1,000 miles back to Austin. The ride was very smooth. One thing i noticed my front tire cupped a little, but i notice later my front tire was smooth as if i just bought it. I definitely recommend this product.
