Installed my F4 windshield in 2007. Still looking good after 50k miles. do have a few knicks from gravel but no scratches. A great windshield for keeping the wind off your passenger also. If something would happen to this windshield today I would order another one tomorrow. 'RED---RIDER'
I had puchased these and was told that I would be able to remove rack and install. Not the case when I installed the rack would not line up with the risers. So did not use them. Maybe would work fine if installed when purchased the rack and install at the same time. Will try again this winter, was told had to ream out the holes from orginal rack. Little worried about doing this.
I installed these on my 2003 GL1800. Worked so well, no tire cupping, tires last longer and took out any vibration. Do not notice any low speed vibration anymore. They are so easy to install. Have installed on my other bike, now gonna install into my truck as well.
A easy install. One screw on the bottom of the mirror and out it comes. Just be sure to get all the wires tucked back in and the mirror seated correctly like original. They make me smile when I use them; a nice touch but almost invisible when not in use. I combined these with the Stealth Lights and the fork reflector turn signals.
I bought these and the Stealth Lights; I ended up with an extra pair of adapters, so you will have everything you need in one kit; if you get both at the same time, you will have a spare set. Easy to install and look great. Extra turn signals on the sides of the bike go a long way to signal your intentions to cage drivers.
Buy the adapter set, it makes it a no-brainer to hook up and easy to add extra lighting later. Looks great. I also added the front wheel reflector LED turn signal/light at the same time. Anything to add extra visibility without over-blinging the bike is a plus in your favor.
Installed this to go along with the belly pan I installed. Simple install and looks pretty good. Haven't ridden with it much so verdict is out on toughness.
This is not the heavy duty skid plate that you would find on a dirt bike but then again, thats not it purpose. I bought it for an upcoming trip to Alaska and hope I never need it. Install was simple....15 minutes if that.
Installed on a 2008 wing with heated seat and grips. This is definitely a right sided installation. By that i mean that whatever problems encountered during installation will occur on the right side, the left side was no problem at all. The lower right forward frame thru anchor bolt is touchy and tight and with the heated seat the upper right bolt was somewhat obscured by the seat heater wire, but install was no biggie overall. Seems like a solid, well made product that pulls my old Kwik Kamp trailer with no problem. https://myplace.frontier.com/~stephen.doran/bushtecv2trailerhitch/index.html web site was a great help during install
the wrench works and the washer come in handy when you need one. The drain bolt works too. You can always use the filter when its time to change the oil. good buy and even a better buy if your a VIP member.
Good looking & easy to install. Clean area well before installation. Use plenty of silicone. Really compliments the trike.
nice flag for the price, being rtired Navy it shows off my service...
