| It took me all of about thirty minutes to install and I have never done anything like this before. The hardest part was making the cut in the seat, but once I got pass that it was easy. I am mechanically inclined so that helps. I just got tired of the dealership charging an arm and a leg to do thing I can do my self. Watching the youtube videos help when putting on any parts for you goldwing. This was a real easy job and the backrest is great. I can now ride for hours pain free and I have had numerous back operations. Worth every penny and looks great. |
| Not bad if you need something cheap,quick and easy to install, sound quality is ok, lots of wind noise even with volume at 5. |
| Looks great and would love to have some but who do you think we are (Harley Riders). Priced about $15.00 too high. Yeah we love our wings and are proud to let the world know it for a good value like the bikes we ride. |
| I have had a low speed/deceleration wobble in the front of my 2006 GL1800 since I got it. Have had several sets of tires on it and they seem to help some but the wobble is still there. Put the new bearings in and a new set of Elite 3s. No wobble at all! Will wait for the tires to wear down and see if any wobble comes back. So far this looks great and the stearing feels "lighter". Sweet! |
| Hi,Everyone I have these floorboards and all the rubber fell out so I e-mailed Rivco and they got back to me and said if they are over 2 years you have to pay $15.00 dollars so I guess im going to pay. P.S. They are good |
| Same issue as the other - I purchased 3 and had them all as snug as they would go - by the end of the first trip out, one of the three had loosened and I lost the mast and the flag! The mast needs a side screw for additional tightening - I'll modify my opinion if they stand behind this product and send me a replacement shaft...otherwise I'm just left feeling shafted. |

Very easy install, watch that you don't drop the mirror when you remove the bottom screw. (Lucky I had my bike parked on carpet) I had the old style Baker Air Wings on my 99 Wing and was happy with them. So decided to add these new style on my 2010 Wing. These work just as well as the old ones, and I am very happy with them. |
| I too had the chrome ones on my 2007 with weights plus colored ring. They really helped my hands from preventing cramps that happened using OEM grips. I installed the black ones yesterday on 2012 with weights plus colored rings. Install went better than the chrome ones and i know they will be worth the investment for me. |
