This a great Product 5 star and the pries is good I made an awful mistake on my first review I made the silly comment that this part did not fit the elite headset but this little bugger was hiding under the packaging that the rest of the headset came with my deepest apologizes from Australia I have since added another order of $600 Dollars and looking forward to many more transactions with WingStuff Thank you Yorkie46 Sydney Australia Ulysses 53189
Installed for one and a half years. No noticeable difference in handling. No increase in tire wear. Nice not to have dealer balance when new tires are installed.
Kuryakyn produces some fine accessories for many bikes albeit some sketchy installation directions. I am visual and like pictures. Nevertheless, I read over the directions and played with the installation and got them on my bike in about 1 hour. The longest part was trying to figure out what position to tighten them at. These are good pegs and will accomodate shorter and taller riders. The are sharp looking and are well chromed. I also know that they will last as My last bike had a set of Kuryakyn pegs. Definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice quality set of adjustable highway pegs.
Love my new springs its like a new front for my old wing. Not that easy of a job but worth it.
I originally review this cup holder on August 8, 2011. Since then I've had to glue it together twice. Haven't abused it whatsoever. Both cracks have been from where the bolt goes through the cup to the support bracket. I've found that fiberglass plumbers glue works the best. The cup isn't so pretty anymore but it still works.
My height is 5-7 and my inseam is 30. If you are a Rider more or less like me, these are the “Highway Pegs” that you should buy. I think the others “Highway Pegs” are for people with longer legs. I installed these on my 2012 and have used it for a little over 300 miles. THE 3 GOOD: 1.- Are of excellent quality, solid and strong. 2.- Installation is extremely simple and takes less than 15 minutes. 3.- Are adjustable and provide a very comfortable riding position. For these, five stars. THE 2 BAD: 1.- Too expensive (like all Goldwing accessories). 2.- Too heavy (about 15 pounds) for a bike that is too heavy (about 933 pounds). Why? Consider this: If you put these “Highway Pegs” and a “Driver Backrest” for you, the “Transformers Passenger Boards with Pegs” and “Armrests” for your wife or co-rider, the CB Radio and Antenna, the Fog Lights, (to mention just some of the "essentials") plus a full tank of gasoline, you will have nearly 1,000 pounds on two wheels
Replaced my old aluminum belly pan with this one and really like the look and feel of it and feel more confident that it will hold up better than my previous one. Took the extra time to use a dremel tool to deburr the sharp edges because working on your bike should be a good experience not a painful one. Wonderful products, like this one, and service from Wingstuff will keep me returning. Thanks!

My initial review was on 8/2/2009 (still there!), and I thought I should update. I have had Metzlers my whole biking life, and yes, they have a stigma of cupping and trashing quickly. Most I ever got was 10,000+, but I desire their stickiness. I only make this point, to make another. I am on the same set of Metzlers I had mounted at my 8/2009 post. No weights. I now have 14,000+ miles on this set and they are showing MINIMAL cupping (and I mean minimal). They are silky smooth at all speeds, and the tread is still very deep. I have no doubt they have 5,000 to 7,000 miles left to go. My theory is a combination of the beads and the All Balls tapered bearings (a MUST on our bikes) have lengthened the life of the tires. That, or I was blessed with a surprise from the Metlzer Tire Gods. I doubt the latter. Oh, and I have had racetech springs since 2006. Not to be long on this, but do I believe the beads are an easy and very inexpensive way to keep our tires balanced through their life. |
Nice looking simple part. We own a trike and a little--and I do mean a little chrome back there is just right! I made sure all the wax was removed and installed in the sun. I also taped them on for 24 hours. So far--no issue with them coming loose.
This is a very nice product, it made a neat installation however the instructions are not clear as in reference to photos, as the photos were not numbered to match the description. it took about 4 hours to install, however this is about right
Amazing......this battery weighs 11 pounds LESS than the factory battery! I weighed them. This battery almost feels like an empty shell. Works great !! If you have a dirt bike with electric start, this battery is a must to reduce weight.
