| Very unimpressed with the overall quality of the instructions from Baker Built. For several hundred dollars for a full set it's inconceivable that the instructions would be SO POOR. I have an '07 comfort model and while there is ZERO indication this is a problem in the website description (this one or Baker Built) OR the poor instructions I take it from the previous reviewers I will only be able to use the front bracket and one of the two rear brackets? Pretty poor for a $65 piece of plastic. |
| I gave it 4 stars because this should have been standard from the factory. Installation was simple. Drill at the x. Plug and play (at least on my 2012). Great directions. Was kinda bummed that it only had a 3 amp fuse. Can't really use it to charge your battery. Hopefully I'll find something to plug into it. |
| This is a great bag for the price and is quite a step above the usual helmet bag that most helmets are shipped with. Love the handles. |
| Ordered the black one. Placed it in the fork well as others have. Did not have a problem with the numbers coming off. Did have problems finding something to wire it to as all the wires in the left pocket container were wrapped in electrical tape. Finally just spliced the two wires into the 2 wires of the accessory plug. I like being able to keep track of the charge of my battery as well as the charging system of my bike and this piece does the trick perfectly. Can't believe Honda didn't place a battery meter on the instrument panel. Oh well. |

I bought this because I traded my Electraglide in for the Wing and loved the heel toe shifter. I also don't like scuffing my boot toe. I chose not to go for floorboards because my riding position on the Wing places my feet a litte more to the rear than the Electraglide and I find it more comfortable to point my toes down slightly on the foot pegs. This kit solved my dilemma. The installation was simple and involved taking the old footpeg plate of and replacing it with the Kuryakyn plate with the shifter mounted onto it. It was a tight fit to get to one of the hex head screws so I did put several pieces of black electrical tape on the shifter to keep from marring it. My only complaint with this setup is that it's rather cramped shifting the toe as the shifter actually sits on top of the old shifter and as you can see it's right up against the rear of the valve cover. Now that I have been using it this doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. All in all, I love this product and am very happy with the quality of the shifter as I have been with most of Kuryakyn's products. |

Wobble started at 20,000 miles, after fighting with Honda over warramty coverage, I forked out the money to have these installed. Well worth the money took the wobble away I am a happy chappy! time will tell life expectancy of these bearings but I have time. |

My original choice was GL1800 Deluxe Driver Backrest kit. Fortunately it was out of stock and the Wingstuff representative convinced me to go with Utopia. Like many other reviewers, I was hesistant over the fact that you have to cut throuh the seat with the knife(very expensive seat). I got my package yesterday and after about 30 minutes I had it installed on my Wing. WOW what a gorgeous addition to my Wing. It blends with the seat as if it was a stock option. Installation was a breeze once you make that first cut. I had to use a bit more force to get that serated knife through but it all worked well for me. Remember - measure twice , cut once. Thank you Wingstuff. |
| Easy to install and doesn't hit body work on my 2012. For me it is a must have to increase the footprint of the sidestand to reduce the possibility of it sinking into hot asphalt. I also used loctite to prevent the screw from backing out. |
| My first set of hand wings, work great. I am not thrilled about the extra plastic on the bike, but their effectiveness is worth the extra plastic. Easy to install just have to use trial and error for tension on the mounting nut after riding a few times. |
| I purchased this for a 2012; it is not a true plug-n-play for a 2012. I now see it says 2001-2010. It does plug into the harness in the trunk lid as described but I had to splice it into a running light wire, make sure to SOLDER(sp) the splice! The splicing and soldering was not a problem and I would buy again and do the same as long as there isn't one available specifically for the 2012. |
| Ordred 3 of these, fashion 2 of them in the side cases, had to drill a couple holes and use my own screws for mounting in the side cases. I don't use the trunk net often due to the loss of space for putting a helmet in the trunk; but I love having them in the side cases for the shorty bike cover in one side and a windebreaker in the other. Had these on my 1500 in all 3 cases and I would buy 3 again. |
| Easy to install, wife loves them, finish looks great. Butler cupholder mounts easily. the description for me is a little misleading as I do have to pull them up a little when opening the trucklid all the way to keep them from hitting the grab rails. Believe me, it stil isn't a problem! |
