These work very well and are not hard to install. I installed a full set of airwings over the weekend and can't help but wonder if no one from Baker ever bothered to follow their own instructions. In the case of this product they come with a pattern and stops. They are not referenced ANYWHERE in the instructions and the pattern they are supplied with once I figured out what they were for had me laughing out loud in my garage. The pattern is support to go somewhere on the mirror to help you know where to put this stop, but it is not the shape of any part of my wing haha. Anyways, don't really affect the functionality of the product, but frustrating when you pay that much for some pieces of plastic. For the poor instructions I give it 3 stars. |
I just installed these ISO grips easy Install no problems and heat still comes though just fine.I give five stars
I dont know how I managed to survive this long without a cb. It ended up being a early xmas present from my son; he said he didnt want me out there without being able to talk to others so one morning about 1:AM he called from work and told me to order it now. Wingstuff got it to me in less than a week which was pretty quick and by that time I had read the installion and vedios and other reviews and was getting cold feet. I read Gregg's review and it was a wonderful help. Went to radio shack and gave them the #s he had on his review. It took me @ 8 hrs over 2 days. Not removing the trunk and shelter all the way saved me alot of time cause I added other stuff at this time also. Even Wingman26.com help alot also and could not of made it without those color photos. Found a vacant lot from a friend dn town and set SWR; got 1.1 on ch #1; 1.5 on ch #20; and 2.2 on ch #40 and it sounds great and going on 400-500 mile trip this cold wk end over 2 days. I chose the hodaline cb cause anything else would be like putting a ford engine in a chevy. Thanks fellow winggers for the aboundance of enfo.
Put a new set of these on my 08 back in May and rode about 2K miles this season. Can't beat Stones for performance. Good grip when cornering in all conditions and very quiet. But wish I had gone with the 60 profile instead of the 70 for two reasons. 1) higher CG takes some time getting used to because bike sits up higher and 2) headlight is thrown off because rear sits up higher. Even after adjusting all the way with the headlight control the high beam is like my old low beam. Go with 60.
I purchased this Trike cover, because I'm going to have my 1800 Goldwing Trike very soon. Having it to just cover just my bike at this time is very nice and it covers everything. The tie downs are great also. This is a great cover, but once you take it out of the carrying bag just think about keeping it out. It is very hard to get it back into the bag, but I still love it.
I have a serious lower back problem, but with this backrest it really ease the pain a great deal. I really love this backrest. I had the Honda dealer install it. I just couldn't see myself cutting into my new seat. I purchased my bike two days before Thanksgiving. I haven't been on a long trip yet, but just riding this bike local with the backrest feels great.
Added these beauties to my 08 along with new Dunlop Elite III tires. Rims were dialed in and tires mounted without weights at the dealership. Easy installation, remember your torque specs and lock tight for front rim, oh so simple on the back. An amazing difference with performance and handling. At twelve thousands miles on my wing, the difference night and day. You won’t be disappointed. Not only did I add these but a few riding buddies have also road my bike and they too became hooked so purchased them for theirs ride. Greatest investment!!!
This was one of the first things installed on our 1800. Wife really likes it. Main problem-Have to swing them out to open the trunk fully, which is sometimes annoying. I heard at one rally this past summer that Kury had some adapter you could install to correct this, but have not as of yet found it. I think the model they make for Harley has some adapter for it.
Very Nice to have on the bike! We strap our putty tat (cat) down to ours and he rides too! I rode up beside a crotch rocket with his girl holding on....and said "hey man, you've got your cat and I've got mine too!" Of course, he thought that was great......the girl didn't respond. MEOW!
This is a quality product and is structurally sound. Installation is easy. The surface is tilted and not flat so it is not suitable for a radar detector. In addition the hardware screws are not anodized or stainless so expect rust quickly in the screws unless you paint the surface.
I liked this bag it holds alot of stuffeasy to fit on your rack

Save yourself a boatload of frustration. Remove the fender. It's not all that difficult & will allow you to clean it & drill the necessary holes precisely. This may save you from experiencing the cracking problem some have experienced. Flap will not catch all road debris; so don't expect the cowling to be road grime free. Overall, it does a very good job. |
