I love the look of the emblem on the front fender. IMO the fender is too naked without something and this is the best decor for my bike, a little something without being overwhelming. 4 stars because it is priced too high but all the emblems are $25+ priced. |

I love the look of this rack because it is not overwhelming to the size of the trunk lid. The size prohibits the use of item: Deluxe Luggage Rack Bag w/Rain Cover from WingStuff. Installation was not difficult as long as you measure twice, drill once, and don't totally rely on the template. A point deducted for the installation template. |
| Like others have discovered, the left side is working loose and they do not cover all the black plastic. |
| Put them on with the corresponding throttle boss and end weights. Right side end broke off first time using them. Bad design, there is little support/strength. Will not replace. |
| For three years I have been thinking about purchasing a backrest. I talked with many people, each person had different reason for the backrest they purchased. I talked with Wingstuff sales staff and decided to purchase the Utopia Driver Backrest. I am looking forward to my next Western trip in the Spring of 2012. We will cover 15-18 states and 6000 miles. |

| This is one of the nicest looking racks out there for the price. Based on the number of reviews I read before purchasing, many GL 1800 owners agree. The only problem I have is that the chrome scratches easily. I bought the risers which is a must have if you are going to add the spoiler. When you are marking the holes for drilling and are adding the risers, be sure to mark with the risers in place because it changes the orientation of the holes. Trust me. Lol. |
| Adds nice bling to the front of the new 2012 but definitely over priced. Looks goog and easy install. Peel and stick. |
| This was one of the first items I purchased after buying my 2012. It is a must have for long cruises. I highly recommend purchasing the heel extension. I wear a size 12 and need the extra room on the floor board. I noticed the price has increased about $30 since I bought mine in October 2011. Excellent quality. 5 stars. |
| Received this shirt and was highly disappointed. It was the smallest 2XL I have ever tried on. The material is so thin you can literally see through it. This is basically the cheapest cotton t-shirt you could possibly find with genuine Honda Graphics on it. I will be sending it back pronto!!!!!! |

Update: When I saw Kenneth's review I realised that I forgot to mention in my previous review about the template being wrong (seems to be too far forward on the right). I also omitted the exact steps I took to fit it correctly as I was preparing for a long trip and didn’t have the time, so I will give that feedback now. As with any other accessory that requires drilling, you should always measure more than once to make 100% sure it is fitted correctly. I followed the next few simple steps to ensure it was mounted correctly: 1. I used the template to mark the holes. 2. I drilled only one hole on the left that is just big enough for the screw to fit. I chose the one closest to the back of the bike. 3. I screwed in all of the screws into the spoiler except for the one I drilled the hole for. 4. I taped masking tape on top of the lid approx where the rest of the holes should go. 5. Using a longer screw through the drilled hole, I mounted the spoiler, being careful not to let the spoiler slip and damage the paint. Only hand-tight. 6. I closed the lid (do this slowly) and carefully moved the spoiler until it was positioned correctly (I used a measuring tape to make sure it is the same distance from the pillion backrest on both sides). 7. With a felt-tipped pen I marked the position of the screw heads on the masking tape and carefully removed the spoiler. 9. Once removed I marked the centre of each screw position and drilled a small hole for each screw. 10. I refitted the spoiler using the one long screw. 11. With my wife’s help I held the spoiler firmly in place and slowly lifted the lid. Make sure it doesn’t slip or it will damage the lid! 12. I used a small screwdriver to insert into one of the holes on the right to help keeping the spoiler in place. I chose the one diagonally across from the one with the long screw fitted. 12. By looking through each of the holes in turn, I was able to determine if the holes were properly aligned with the spoiler, and if not, I could see in which direction to enlarge each hole. You can carefully move the spoiler up and down if you want to get a feeling of what needs to be done. 13. I started with the hole where I inserted the screwdriver and made the hole just large enough to fit another long screw through. 14. Now with 2 screws in place to hold the spoiler, I once again closed the lid and measured the distances again, taking note of any adjustments needed. 15. Once I had the 2 holes aligned perfectly, I continued with the rest, making small adjustments at a time until the holes were perfectly aligned and slightly bigger than the screws to allow for final alignment. 16. At this point I peeled off the masking tape, and drilled the hole for the wires according to the template marking. 17. For final fitment I screwed in all screws (hand tight), closed the lid, measured the distances from the sides and front and moved the spoiler until it was perfect. Then holding it firm while opening the lid (again, my wife helped) I tightened all screws. 18. A final measure confirmed that it was perfect. Plugging-in the wires was merely a formality. Job done! |
| I have no problem with this back rest it does the job for me. I had one on my 1500 and got another when I got my 1800. |
