Put this belly pan on in 2010! In 2011 It saved my bacon! I was pushed off the road by a 4 wheeler that was not looking!! Or did not want to look! Over a curb and into a ditch! No one hurt! Kept the bike upright! The belly pan did its job! It was almost destroyed. But no serious damadge to the underside! This is a must for the wing riders! Gerry |
I also received this for Christmas. Put them on during winter and now its riding season so cleaned up the bike and adding this piece of chrome is just neat. This beats the old dull gray. I think it just makes it look sharp. There are several types so it would be just a matter of choice for you to decide. I enjoy this piece and I believe you would too.
As mentioned in my last review, I received this as a Christmas gift and really glad I did. I really enjoy looking at the chrome instead of the black. Just seems to add that little bit. Install was a breeze probably 20 minutes total between both sides. Cannot go wrong if you're looking for something to add to the bike. Not really into a lot of chrome but these items I got just seems to make my wing look nice.
Received this as part of my Christmas. Put them on during winter and now riding season is on and able to wash the bike, the extra shine really does come through. The rating loses a star because like several other members saying about the lining up the screws. Not much of a adjustment but enough that if not lined up you could strip the bolt. It really does add to the bike a little. Glad I got them.
Bought this item in 2007, chrome flaked terrible after 3 years. Replaced it in June of 2011 and now this one, my second one is heading the same way ( 5 months of riding). Looks good, easy install but for an item this pricy it should last longer than this. I do not live near the ocean, and I do not drive on salt covered roads. I have contacted Wingstuff and am awaiting a reply.
I bought this and had it installed by dealer on my 2012 Goldwing. It REALLY looks sharp! Plus I added the Kuryakyn Brake Light Modulator, so it really makes your bike get noticed everytime you touch the brakes. Definitely worth the extra $$ in my opinion. I also added the OEM chrome u shaped accent accessory to accent this, and together they look GREAT! Highly recommend, you will be happy! Ride Safe!

I bought these and had them installed by the dealer, where I bought my new 2012 Goldwing/ABS. They are bright & DO make a difference, especially at night. However I honestly feel that for two little lights, $400.oo is a bit steep. But that's Honda! I also purchased a plastic lens protector kit, to make sure these babies don't get smashed by an airborn pebble. The extra $$ is worth piece of mind and protecting my HUGE investment! The mechanic said he's installed ALOT of fog lights in his time, and yes they are expensive, BUT says they are worth every penny because of they way they are built, and operate! That at least sets my mind at ease, and I do like the xtra light they produce!! Buy them, make the investment, you'll be glad you did!!! |
Too easy to install to not get it! and the added chrome to the trunk is awesome
Very easy to install and takes that dingy gray cover and really pops with chrome. Don't hesitate, if you want some chrome these look great!
They aren't kidding when they say the Utopia Backrest will reduce back fatigue! This backrest is amazing. I can ride all day with this. It looks great as the stitching mirrors the seat. My wife likes the added comfort and security of feeling more secure in the seat and sitting "so far away from me". It folds down for easy co-rider getting on board. Like most other reviews, cutting into the seat was scary but after I watched the You Tube video a dozen times I did it and all went well. It does not interfere with the heated seats. Highly Recommend It!
This is a real nice easy to install pop of chrome that you get to look at while you ride! (All the other chrome others see as you ride) Get the chrome knobs to finish the look
You have to get the Knobs if you get the chrome radio cover! Looks awesome
